1. Có phải ngày xét trên visa bulettin là "priority date" ko ạ? Ko phải ngày trên case phải ko ạ(2010)?
2. Cho em hỏi FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCES và DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS là gì ạ?
3. Trên lá thư có đoạn "Unfortunately, visa numbers are not presently available for your use. You will be notified when further consideration can be given to processing your application for immigration." thì có ảnh hưởng gì ko ạ?

1/. Hiện tại diện visa F4 đang xem xét đến trước ngày 01/01/2007, hồ sơ này có ngày ưu tiên 24/07/2008. Theo dự đoán phải còn chờ khoảng trên 1 năm nữa mới đến lượt đáo hạn để xem xét giải quyết.
2/. + 3/. Khi nào hồ sơ đến lượt được NVC thông báo mở, thì mới thực hiện những phần trên, và không có ảnh hưởng gì đến hồ sơ di trú của gia đình bạn hết, mà phải cố gắng chờ thêm thời gian nữa.
