Hiện nay hệ thống liên lạc tự động check case chưa hoạt động! Bạn có thể dùng Case Number và thông tin của hồ sơ, gửi email cho NVC, việc thông báo email này có lợi cho hồ sơ bạn, khi có thông báo gì họ sẽ gửi qua email cho bạn rất nhanh. Diện F3 hiện nay đang giải quyết những hồ sơ có ngày ưu tiên 08.03.2002 trở về trước, ngày ưu tiên của gia đình có thể sẽ đến lươt vào tháng 6.2012 theo lịch Visa.

Hồ sơ nhà bạn đã nộp hơn 1 năm, vì vậy cần phải làm lại hoặc bổ sung thêm
[Không cần làm lại I-864 (hoặc I-864A)]:
- Lý lịch tư pháp cho những người từ 16 tuổi trở lên (đem theo bản cũ, làm sẽ nhanh hơn).
- Giấy chứng nhận độc thân (nam từ 20 tuổi, nữ từ 18 tuổi trở lên).
- Hộ chiếu (nếu hạn sử dụng còn ít hơn 8 tháng).
- Hình 5x5 mới chụp khoảng 6 tháng.
- Giấy khai thuế năm 2011 (của người bảo lãnh hoặc người đồng bảo trợ).
- Giấy chứng nhận việc làm và cùi lương mới nhất của người bảo lãnh hoặc người đồng bảo trợ.

Mình đọc theo hướng dẫn của nhiều người là đi chích ngừa trước, nhận phiếu màu vàng rồi đem qua khám sức khoẻ sau. Nhưng khi mình điện thoại cho Chợ Rẫy thì người ta nói luật mới bây giờ là đi khám sức khoẻ trước, coi cần chích gì thì mới qua chích ngừa sau. Mình phân vân quá, xin mọi người giúp đỡ!
