Chào bạn.
Nộp DS-230 chỉ là một trong những điều kiện cần. Để NVC hoàn tất hồ sơ nhà bạn, gia đình buộc phải nộp đầy đủ, chính xác những giấy mà họ yêu cầu.
Hình như bạn không chịu đọc những bài tư vấn ở trên!
Gia đình bạn muốn nhận được giấy mời phỏng vấn, phải đạt đủ 2 điều kiện sau đây:
1/ Hồ sơ nhà bạn phải được NVC thông báo đã hoàn tất.
2/ Lịch visa hàng tháng phải vượt qua ngày ưu tiên 31/12/2000.
Điều 2/, hồ sơ nhà bạn đã được thỏa mãn. Bây giờ, chỉ cần thực hiện hoàn chỉnh điều 1/, sau đó sẽ có thư mời phỏng vấn ngay thôi. Bạn vào link hướng dẫn dưới đây để thực hiện:

Em đã gởi cái DS 230 qua cho người bảo lãnh bên Mỹ......ngưởi bảo lãnh nói nêu có thông tin gì thì sẽ báo cho em sau.....nhưng em vẫn lo lắm vì trên xnc ghi là phải cần thêm nhiều giấy tờ kèm với DS 230 ....em quyết định làm theo diễn đàn để làm 1 lần cho xong....vì giá tiền vận chuyện khá cao....Em vừa mới gửi mail xác nhận địa chỉ email cho NVC và được nhận thư phản hồi:

Hôm nay ngồi xem lại tất cả thông tin HS bạn. Mình rất mừng vì bạn đã làm như diễn đàn XNC đã hướng dẫn.
- Điều kiện để được PV như sau:
01/ Lịch Visa vượt qua ngày ưu tiên. ( Điều kiện này bạn đã hội đủ)
02/ Hoàn tất HS theo yêu cầu của NVC.( Điều này bạn chưa đáp ứng đủ, vì vậy lịch Visa đã vượt qua ngày ưu tiên rồi, nhưng bạn không được PV do HS chưa hoàn tất.
- Sau khi đóng tiền cho NVC xong thì những tờ dân sự (Civil document) sau đây cần phải nộp cho NVC để hoàn tất HS.
01/ Người bảo lãnh điền downdload Form I864 về điền
02/ Người ở Vietnam cần làm là: LLTP, Giấy Khai sinh bản trích lục, hôn thú bản trích lục, passport photocopy 2 mặt chính, 2 hình 5x5, DS230 mỗi thành viên trong gia đình là 1 bộ HS riêng biệt.
- Hiện tại NVC đã nhận được giấy tờ mà bạn đã gởi cho NVC. Nếu các giấy tờ mà bạn đã gởi đầy đủ như mình đã trình bày như trên. Thì bạn vui lòng chờ NVC xét duyệt . Sau khi xét duyệt xong nếu thiếu hoặc sai thì NVC sẽ gởi check list, nếu đầy đủ thì HS được complete. Sau đó bạn chờ 6-8 tuần sẽ có thư mời PV. Chúc bạn mau sớm complete HS để được PV sớm. Thân chào

Chào diễn đàn xuất nhập cảnh......sáng hôm nay 18/7/2012, NVC vừa gửi mình cái mail checklist cover letter......mình đọc trên diễn đàn thì giấy này sẽ cần lúc đi phỏng vấn .....Lúc mình down về thấy ghi DEAR .......(tên người bảo lãnh).....vậy thư này là để gửi cho người bảo lãnh.....mình được nhận qua email vậy người bảo lãnh có được nhận nữa không?.....giấy này có phải là giấy thông báo hồ sơ mình vẫn chưa đầy đủ và chưa hoàn tất phải không?

Thông thường check list là HS chưa đầy đủ và cần phải bổ sung thêm giấy tờ cho NVC. Cũng có 1 số HS bị check list nhưng NVC vẫn cho hoàn tất và sẽ bổ sung giấy tờ cho LSQ khi PV. Vì vậy bạn vui lòng post nội dung check list lên diễn đàn để ACE xem và hướng dẫn cụ thể hơn. Thường NVC sẽ gởi check list cho người bảo lảnh qua bưu điện. Bạn đã nhận được check list rồi thì hãy forward email check list cho người bảo lảnh biết để mà bổ sung giấy tờ cho NVC . Thân chào

Còn 1 phần ở phía sau nữa.....Nó liệt kê về những giấy tờ như: BIRTH CERTIFICATE, PASSPORT, MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE, ....Em nghĩ cái này thiếu hồ sơ.....vì nhà em chưa gửi qua và sẽ cố gắng gửi qua đó sớm nhất.

Hôm nay mình mới nhận được email của NVC sau khi mình gửi mail hỏi hs hoàn tất chưa. Email có nội dung như sau:
Dear Sir/Madam:
The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: HCM2009564012 filed by HAI THANH HUYNH on behalf of SON THANH HUYNH.
The NVC completed its processing of SON THANH HUYNH's visa petition.
The petition is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM. When an interview appointment is scheduled, the petitioner, principal applicant, designated agent, and attorney of record (if applicable) will be notified.
A letter was previously mailed to the Agent of Choice or Attorney of Record requesting the amendment of previously submitted travelling applicant's Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration form(s) and/or required civil documents that have not been submitted. Và cho mình hỏi là sau khi hoàn tất thì bao lâu nhận được giấy mời PV qua email?(mình đã thông bao địa chỉ email của mình cho NVC thì có cần gửi email yêu cầu gửi giấy PV hay là họ tự gửi cho mình?), và sau cái email này bao lâu mình mới có thể hỏi ngày PV? (email này đến vào ngày 30/8)

Gia đình mình đã đi khám sức khỏe tại BV Chợ Rẫy và ba mình đã phải điều trị bệnh lao trong vòng 6 tháng. Kể từ ngày uống thuốc đầu tiên đến nay đã 3 tháng nhưng chỉ mới 2 tháng đầu thì ba mình được giảm số thuốc uống và không cần phải thử đàm mỗi tháng nữa. Trên tờ giấy hẹn của BV thì có ghi là ngày 10/4/2013 đến chụp X-quang lại vậy mọi người cho mình hỏi:
1. Sau 6 tháng điều trị thì những người thân còn lại trong gđ có phải khám sức khỏe lại không?(gđình mình đã pv rồi và hs mình và mẹ đều đã đầy đủ chỉ có hs sức khỏe của ba là đang bị giữ lại)
2. Sau 6 tháng uống thuốc, tức là ngày 10/4/2013 như BV ghi thì ba mình có phải lấy đàm và cấy từ 1 đến 2 tháng nữa không?
