LLTP, giấy Chứng nhận độc thân, giấy thuế đều phải làm lại mới, các giấy tờ không cần dịch sang tiếng Anh. Khi đi PV mang theo không phài gởi qua MỸ làm chi. Bạn hãy vào đường link sau tham khảo thêm nhé.

Anh cho em hỏi thêm là bây giờ giấy lý lich tư pháp của gia đình em đã hết hạn có cần phải làm lại hay không ạ?
Giấy đó có cần phải chuyển sang tiếng anh rồi mới gửi US không?
Và có cần phải chuẩn bị thêm giấy tờ gì nữa không ạ?

Cũng như Anh Dungphuquoc đã nói. HS đã hoàn thành rồi thì chờ lịch Visa vượt qua ngày ưu tiên thì gia đình bạn sẽ được PV. Do HS hoàn tất đã lâu nên 1 số giấy tờ sẽ hết hạn và cần phải làm lại để khi PV mang theo nộp cho LSQ ,
- Các giấy tờ cần làm lại như sau: LLTP, DS230, thuế năm 2011. Tất cã giấy tờ trên sẽ nộp cho LSQ khi PV nhe bạn. Thân chào

Em có gửi 1 email cho NVC và sau 10 ngày thì NVC gửi về cho em 1 email khác với nội dung như sau

Thông tin cá nhân trong thư gởi cho NVC , Về ngày tháng năm sinh của người bảo lảnh và người được bảo lảnh ,bạn ghi thiếu NĂM SINH .
NVC yêu cầu bạn cung cấp thông tin cá nhân đầy đủ.
sau khi đọc xong thư này ,bạn đề nghị với các anh chị trong ban điều hành ,xóa đi phần thông tin cá nhân của bạn .những thông tin này không nên post trên diển đàn .

Anh (chị) cho em hỏi là hôm 24/10 em vừa làm giấy lý lịch tư pháp và ngày 04/11 mới đến hẹn lấy giấy
Trên diễn đàn có 1 bài nói là cần giấy lý lich tư pháp số 2, nhưng hôm trước em làm thì người ta bảo đánh dấu vào chỗ số 1 của giấy lý lịch tư pháp
Vậy bây giờ phải làm thế nào ạ? Có phải là cần xin thêm 1 giấy lý lịch tư pháp số 2 không? Hay là phải làm lại lần nữa ạ? Mong anh (chị) giúp đỡ !
