Mọi người ơi cho em hỏi.em thấy ở trang visa bulletine của nước ngoài,những ng PD 12DEC08,26DEC08,30DEC08 đều nhận dc thư pv rồi.Vậy có chắc là VN mình cũng sẽ tăng giống vậy không,tại vì PD hs gd em là 7Dec2008 ma không biết sao chưa nghe tin tức gì hết.Nếu ai quan tâm thì check số hs của gd em lần nữa HCM2010526017,em cám ơn nhiều!!!!

Explanation of Numerical Limitations on Immigrant Visa Issuance:
Immigrant visa processing is governed by the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) of 1952, as amended, which controls priority dates and the number of immigrant visas that can be issued under certain preference categories. To establish which petitions are current and ready for processing, the Department of State issues a monthly publication called the Visa Bulletin.
The Visa Bulletin provides a list of cut-off dates that are used to ensure the number of immigrant visas issued each year does not exceed the legal limit established in the INA. Cut-off dates are categorized by foreign state of chargeability and preference category. Only a petition with a priority date that is earlier than the cut-off date is eligible for a visa number and further processing.
NOTE: This petition's priority date, foreign state of chargeability, and preference category can be found at the end of this correspondence.
The Department of State must sometimes move cut-off dates backwards because a specific preference category is oversubscribed – meaning the numerical limit of issuable immigrant visas under the INA was reached. This process is known as retrogression. Petitions affected by retrogression will only be eligible for an immigrant visa when their priority date is earlier than the cut-off date established in the current edition of the Visa Bulletin.

Hiện giờ một sự im lặng đến đáng sợ đang bao trùm 4room XNC. Mọi thành viên đều nín thở chờ ai đó thôg báo về việc đã nhận đc thư mời fỏng vấn, tình hình đang rất căng thằng.
Kết thúc bản tin buổi chìu. Chúg tôi sẽ típ tục cập nhật diễn biến của XNC.
