Các anh chị hướng dẪN dùm em với..hồ sơ của em PD ngay 10-12-2012 và con em ngày 23/1/2013 ..ngay 30-7-2013 đã nhận được giấy I797 và sau đó em có gửi mail để hỏi case number và đã nhận được số case rồi ạ.vậy bây giờ em nên đợi NVC gửi giấy cho mình hay mình lại mail cho NVC để lấy mẫu DS3020..nhờ anh chị hướng dẫn dùm ạ..

1 Sau khi nhận được hồ sơ bảo lãnh được Sở Di Trú chấp thuận, NVC tạo một số hồ sơ (HCM xxxx-xxx-xxx) cho mỗi hồ sơ bảo lãnh và lưu giữ các hồ sơ tại NVC cho đến khi ngày ưu tiên của các hồ sơ sắp sửa đến lượt giải quyết.

Xin làm phiền anh chị giúp dùm em vấn đề này với.. Bây giờ em không biết phải làm gì..hồ sơ của em là ngày 10-12-2012 va con em là 21/1/2013 ...ngay 29/7/2013 em nhận được I797 của cả em và con luôn..nhưng bây giờ NVC chi gửi mail cho em báo đóng tiền 88$ cho em mà không có báo đóng cho con em.. Vậy bây giờ em đợi mail cho con em rồi đóng 1 lần luôn hay sao ạ. Và cái thứ hai nữa là Nvc gui ds261 cho em chứ không phải là ds3032 ..vậy bây giờ em lấy form ds3032 ở đâu ? Cảm ơn anh chị nhiều lắm ..
