Tôi vừa nhận được mail của NVC gởi nhưng mình không thạo tiếng anh lắm ACE có thể dịch giúp mình được không xin cám ơn.

and Alien Registration. Please go to the Department of State website at

Pay particular attention to the requirements for police certificates. In some cases specific forms must be
used to request and obtain required police certificate(s).
IMPORTANT:
E-Mail Processing may be either mandatory or chosen by the principal applicant for this case. If E-Mail
Processing does apply to this case the required form(s) and documents must be scanned and submitted
by e-mail to NVCElectronic@state.gov.
If E-Mail Processing does not apply you must return the enclosed barcode cover sheet with the required
form(s) and civil documents to:

Bạn không nên hối thúc diễn đàn check hồ sơ liên tục như vậy. Sau khi NVC nhận được giấy tờ bổ sung thì họ cũng phải có thời gian review và cập nhập lại thông tin trên hệ thống. Thời gian này mau lắm cũng phải mất 2 tuần. Bạn vui lòng chờ một thời gian rồi nhờ diễn đàn check lại nhé.

chao ACE trên diễn đàn sau thời gian gần đây mình thấy phỏng vấn diện vợ chồng khó quá thường thì nhân viên LSQ hay yêu cần về timeline va thời gian cư trú của hai vơ chồng trong 10 năm làm mình thấy lo lắng quá vì lúc nộp hồ sơ bảo lãnh ox mình không có làm timeline mà thời gian phỏng vấn của mình chỉ còn 3 ngay nửa la phỏng vấn rồi. cho mình hỏi có ACE nào lúc nào lúc nộp hồ sơ không không có nộp timeline giống mình mà phỏng vấn thành công không?

Nộp hay chưa nộp Timeline không quan trọng, quan trọng là khi bạn dự buổi PV bạn có bình tĩnh để trả lời chính xác và trung thực những câu hỏi của viên chức LS hay không, trả lời thế nào, trình bày bằng chứng ra sao... để thuyết phục được VCLS là hy vọng nhận giấy hồng, nhưng hiện nay rất ít diện vợ chồng vào PV lần đầu mà được thành công. Khi PV phải bình tĩnh và nhớ VCLS đã hỏi những câu hỏi gì và bạn đã trả lời những gì, việc này rất quan trọng, nhất là những chổ ngày, tháng, năm...để sau khi PV bị bổ túc Timeline thì dựa vào những câu hỏi và trả lời đó để trình bày trong Timeline cho chính xác.
