Tờ khai thuế lợi tức của năm trước (chỉ yêu cầu 1 năm, nhưng vẫn có thể tự nguyện gửi bản sao thuế lợi tức cả 3 năm trước, nếu thấy việc đó là cần thiết.) Đừng quên đính kèm W-2, Schedule A for 1040, và Employment Verification Letter.
Trường hợp của bạn thì chính xác là điền vào I-864 ba năm liên tiếp income (2008-2009-2010) và bắt buộc phải nộp bộ hồ sơ khai thuế 2010.
