Khi gửi email bạn sẽ nhận được đầu tiên là thư trả lời tự động, sau đó chờ khoảng từ 10 -14 ngày mới nhận được thư trả lời chính thức từ NVC, lúc này sẽ biết được tình trạng hồ sơ của gia đình đang ở giai đoạn nào. Bạn vui lòng chờ, đừng gửi hỏi liên tục sẽ bị xem là thư rác.

1 ghi số case number ở phía trên bên trái các giấy tờ gởi đi HCM2013504047.
2 đặt bộ mã vạch BARE CODE SHEET , trên đầu các giấy tờ gởi đi .
Mã vạch này là khi chồng bạn đóng lệ phí visa 230$ , vào trang đóng tiền in ra .
NVC YÊU CẦU CÁC GIẤY TỜ SAU ĐÂY , CỦA CASE NUMBER HCM2013504047, Diện IR 2 (TỨC LÀ CỦA CON BẠN )
1 DS-230 và bộ civil documents .phần này người được bảo lảnh ở VIỆT NAM làm .
2 Bộ bảo trợ tài chính I-864 .phần này người bảo lảnh bên mỷ làm (tức là chồng của bạn )

Mình xin cám ơn Anh vuthangsi. Xin Anh cho mình hỏi, mình gửi email cho NVC hỏi tình trạng hồ sơ của mình và con gái, từ 2 địa chỉ email, cùng 1 thời điểm, nhưng hiện tại mình chỉ mới nhận được email trả lời về tình trạng hs của con gái. Không biết có vấn đề gì không hoặc mình phải đợi thêm???

Khi gởi email cho NVC , CHỈ DÙNG DUY NHẤT MỘT ĐỊA CHỈ EMAIL .
Mổi một case number , thì gởi 1 email , nhưng cả 2 email này chỉ dùng duy nhất 1 địa chỉ email mà thôi .
Hồ sơ của bạn , diện vợ chồng trên 2 năm IR 1 và con IR2 .CÙNG MỘT NGƯỜI BẢO LẢNH LÀ CHỒNG BẠN
Bây giờ bạn lấy địa chỉ email nào , đã gởi thư cho hồ sơ của con bạn , dùng địa chỉ email này gởi thư hỏi cho trường hợp hồ sơ của bạn .CASE NUMBER là của bạn .
Đồng thời bạn cũng nên tiến hành thủ tục hồ sơ ds-230 và civil documents như của con bạn , gởi tất cả 2 bộ hồ sơ của hai mẹ con sang cho chồng bạn một lượt .
Cũng không có vấn đề gì đâu , chỉ làm chậm hồ sơ đi một chút thôi .
