Em lo quá vì timeline quan he tình cảm va 10 năm sống cua 2 vc em, em ko biết cách mở đầu 1 bài cho tiêu đề timeline này ra sao. Xin AC vui lòng góp ý giúp em. 1 Trước hết , Bạn xem hướng dẫn của LSQ HOA KỲ về việc bổ túc hồ sơ ở đây
Điều khoản 221(g): theo tình thần điều khoản này, đương đơn bị từ chối cấp thị thực do còn thiếu các giấy tờ cần phải được bổ túc cho đến khi được xét thấy đầy đủ. Đương đơn có thể nộp giấy tờ được yêu cầu qua đường bưu điện hay nộp trực tiếp tại Lãnh sự như được hẹn trên giấy từ chối OF-194. Đương đơn nên đính kèm OF-194 khi nộp giấy tờ. Đương đơn được khuyến khích đến nộp trực tiếp theo đúng hẹn. Lưu ý: với đơn xin thị thực bị từ chối theo điều khoản 221(g), đương đơn cần bổ túc trong vòng một năm kể từ ngày từ chối. Hồ sơ có thể bị đóng nếu đương đơn không nộp bổ túc trong thời hạn nêu trên.

Ngày/tháng/năm ..... tôi có phỏng vấn tại Lãnh Sự Quán HOA KỲ . LSQ HOA KỲ có yêu cầu tôi bổ túc các địa chỉ ,là những nơi tôi đã từng sống trong 10 năm qua .
Nay tôi viết đơn nầy Kính xin UBND PHƯỜNG /XÃ xác nhận CHỮ KÝ trên TỜ KHAI NÀY LÀ CỦA TÔI , có ghi các địa chỉ tôi đã từng sống trong 10 năm qua , để hoàn tất hồ sơ bổ túc đến Lãnh Sự Quán HOA KỲ theo yêu cầu .

Nếu vậy thì chồng bạn cũng phải khai tương tự như tờ khai của bạn ở VIỆT NAM vậy . khai bằng tiếng anh và công chứng , sau đó gởi về cho bạn dịch sang tiếng việt và ra phòng tư pháp quận huyện công chứng dịch thuật .
Làm tương tự như tờ timeline .
