Chị mau_xanh498 oi! Ngay pd của e là 11/3/20013 reciept number msc1390754722 va e nghe văn phòng đại diện của e noi hs e da complete vào 6/8. Ma e cũng gửi email cho nvc r mà ko thấy trả lời. E ko biết hs e có đúng như họ nói ko nữa. Cho đến giờ e vẫn chưa nhận dc thư fv nữa chị ak. E buôn lắm mất ăn mất ngủ cả tháng nay. Chị có cách nào giúp e với hichic.pleaseeeeee chi cứu e.

Pd 4/3/2013. Mãi đến tháng 4/2014 mình mới nhận được approval đó mau_xanh498
. Hs của mình chậm dư lắm rồi. Nếu như trong tháng 10 không nhận được ngày pv, sợ là ox mình sẽ mất cơ hội về Vn trong năm nay, thêm vào đó là cũng không thể xin về Vn để pv chung với mình

Tuy không bị giới hạn cấp visa nhưng thư pv được phát dựa trên thời gian completed. First to first (đến trước nhận trước) do vậy mới completed vào 13/9/2014 thì khả năng nhận thư pv trong tháng 10 không cao. Thôi thì cầu xin thôi bạn, dù thế nào cũng vẫn nhanh hơn các diện khác rồi

Khi hồ sơ bắt đầu mở bạn nên theo dõi để nắm thông tin và khi được yêu cầu những thủ tục kế tiếp nên hoàn thành sớm nhất. Những hồ sơ không liên hệ trong vòng 1 năm sẽ sớm bị huỷ bỏ hoặc trì hoãn. Giờ chỉ đợi thư pv và thực hiện khám sức khoẻ. Bạn nên chuẩn bị trước hoặc đọc lại các bài:
1/ Khám sức khoẻ và chích ngừa
2/ Làm LLTP số 2
3/ Cách điền DS 260
4/ Chuẩn bị và sắp xếp các bằng chứng

Cam ơn leganine.acc đã hướng dẫn tận tình. Tất cả những bước cần làm giấy tờ trước đây, mình đêu cố gắng hoan thành và gởi sang Mỹ sóm nhất. 4 bước tiếp theo này mình cũng sẽ cố gắng làm nhanh để không mất thời gian. Nếu có gì thắc mắc mình sẽ liên hệ qua email bạn để ở trên.
À mình có người bạn, sau khi hs hoàn thành thì cỡ nửa tháng sau đã có ngày pv rồi. Mình có hi vọng được như vậy không leganine.acc?

Hôm nay nhận được mail checklist của NVC phần I864 có nội dung như sau :

A review of the I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A (if applicable) Affidavit of Support form and
supporting documents that you submitted has revealed that you have provided incomplete information in
your response or you have not responded to some questions.
Please pay specific attention to the questions marked in the attached I-864/A checklist. You will need to
complete and submit a new form with the changes noted on the attached checklist.
You will need to follow the instructions for the Affidavit of Support (I-864) that are posted on the
Department of State website at the following address:
www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov. From there, you can fill out a new form online, print the new
completed form and mail it to NVC. If you are the Petitioner, please read all instructions and complete
the correct form to submit to NVC. An Affidavit of Support form is required to be submitted from the
Petitioner on each case regardless of his/her income level.
NVC will hold this case until you send us these needed items. When you return the documents to NVC,

Theo mình nghĩ tốt nhất nên liên lạc NVC để hỏi và nhận hướng dẫn trực tiếp từ họ. đồng thời xúc tiến việc QUốc Tịch cho con, Vì CR1 người ta không cho điền kèm tên con trong I-864 bạn à, nếu ko lo dc quốc tịch cho bé tì phải bảo lãnh 2 mẹ con bằng 2 HS riêng, 2 I-864 riêng rồi sau đó mới xin chung ngày PV đó. Bạn nói NBL nên cố gắng liên lạc NVC nhé!
