Hôm nay là ngày mà NVC gởi lịch phỏng vấn cho tất cả những ai được phỏng vấn trong tháng 6 . 2014. Lucia đi dạo quanh 1 vòng thấy rất nhiều bạn có lịch pv trong tháng này .Để tạo điều kiện dễ theo dõi và có thể học hỏi trao đổi kinh nghiệm người pv trước truyền lại cũng như để gắn khích chúng ta với nhau hơn- LUCIA XIN MỜI TẤT CẢ CÁC BẠN CÓ NGÀY PHỎNG VẤN THÁNG 6 Ở TẤT CẢ CÁC DIỆN ĐINH CƯ CÙNG VÀO TOPIC MỚI CỦA LUCIA.

A review of the I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A (if applicable) Affidavit of Support form and supporting documents that you submitted has revealed that you have provided incomplete information in your response or you have not responded to some questions.
Please pay specific attention to the questions marked in the attached I-864/A checklist. You will need to complete and submit a new form with the changes noted on the attached checklist.
You will need to follow the instructions for the Affidavit of Support (I-864) that are posted on the Department of State website at the following address:
www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov. From there, you can fill out a new form online, print the new completed form and mail it to NVC. If you are the Petitioner, please read all instructions and complete the correct form to submit to NVC. An Affidavit of Support form is required to be submitted from the Petitioner on each case regardless of his/her income level.
NVC will hold this case until you send us these needed items. When you return the documents to NVC, please make sure that the documents submitted are in the correct order and stapled together, as stated in the I-864 Important Notice instructions.
When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. Mình là thành viên mới. hồ sơ của mình mới mở tháng 3/2014 nhh7ng xin vô topic này học hỏi kinh nghiệm những ACE đi trước. nhìn các hồ sơ 2013 có lịch phóng vấn hết rùi làm ngồi ước gì bây giờ là 2015 chắc mình cũng sẽ có lịch phóng vấn như các hồ sơ 2013 hihi

Hồ sơ em cũng bị check list ngày 21/4/2014 về bằng chứng việc làm của chồng em mặc dù anh đã có gửi xác nhận việc làm rồi, chồng em mới gọi lên NVC thì họ nhận đã nhận đủ hồ sơ ngày 28/4/2014 nhưng bảo là cần 30 ngày làm việc để review nữa, không biết có kịp complete trong tháng không chị

Hồi trước mình cũng được nhận cái mail checklist lãng xẹt yêu cầu bổ sung dù là mình đã nộp. Sau đó mình đã điện thoại cho NVC thì họ cũng xác nhận đã nhận rồi. Khoảng 2 ngày sau thì được completed đó.
Theo mình bạn cứ nói ox bạn thường xuyên liên lạc với NVC, cách nói 30 ngày giải quyết là họ nói chung chung thôi.

Cám ơn chị Lucia, vợ chồng em cũng đang mong hồ sơ sớm hoàn tất ^_^ chúc chị pv thành công nha. Hồ sơ của em là gần với chị lắm luôn á, nhưng vướng cái checklist nên giờ đang chờ complete. Mà gọi NVC giờ nào dễ chị, chồng em canh mấy ngày luôn mới được đó.

Tôi xin thông báo tin vui của vợ chồng tôi để moi người chung vui. Hôm nay May 15, 2014 vợ tôi vừa mới đi phỏng vấn tại LSQ. Kết quả vợ tôi đã đậu phỏng vấn và chờ ngày họ gởi visa về cho vợ tôi. Họ nói trong vòng 10 ngày vợ tôi sẽ nhận được visa. Do mừng quá nên tôi chưa trao đổi với vợ nhiều về quá trình phỏng vần thế nào, có gì sẽ cập thông tin thêm. Cám ơn
