Dựa theo thông tin NVC gởi cho bạn thì HS bạn thuộc diện F2B(thường trú nhân bảo lãnh con độc thân trên 21 tuổi). Tháng 03/2012 này LSQ chỉ PV những HS F2B có ngày ưu tiên trước ngày 15/11/2003. Với ngày ưu tiên của bạn phãi chờ khi nào lịch visa vượt wa ngày ưu tiên của bạn thì NVC mới gởi thư PV cho bạn. Dự đoán khoãng 08 tháng nữa mới đến lượt PV cho diện F2B.
- Hiện tại HS bạn vẫn thuộc diện F2B, Mẹ bạn có quốc tịch thì phải gởi thư giấy QT cho NVC biết thì NVC mới upgrade HS bạn lên F1 được. Từ ngày gởi giấy nhập tịch cho NVC khoãng 03 tháng là bạn được PV. Vậy bạn nói Mẹ bạn tranh thủ gởi giấy QT cho NVC để upgrade HS lên diện F1 nhé. Thân chào
