Nếu bạn gửi email cho NVC với các thông tin thật đầy đủ, chính xác, và thực hiện đúng theo hướng dẫn, thì phải chờ khoảng từ 45 - 60 ngày làm việc, mới có thư trả lời.
Còn nếu như muốn nhanh hơn, thì nên nhờ người bảo lãnh gọi điện thoại cho NVC để đỡ mất thời gian phải chờ lâu.

Không rõ ý của Anh khi hỏi bài viết này. Mục đích là gì, Anh ơi. Vì hồ sơ của Anh, khi Anh đã gửi email hỏi NVC đã hoàn thành chưa, thì chỉ đợi NVC trả lời thôi.
Còn email này, như Anh viết “ngày 15 tháng 4 năm 2006 có nhận mail từ NVC”, nghĩa là email đã có 10 năm rồi, có thể email này không thuộc diện F1 của Anh, mà là thuộc diện trước đó của Anh.(Anh chuyển nhiều diện lắm).
Nội dung thì Bác PhuongChau đã trả lời ở trên. Tóm lại, email Anh gửi lên, Anh nên tạm quên đi, vì không cần thiết gì. Chỉ tập trung cho công việc sắp tới. Anh ha.

Em xin lỗi ACE do có sự sai xót là ngày 15 tháng 4 năm 2016 chứ không phải là 15 tháng 4 năm 2006 do em vừa làm việc, vừa soạn tin nên có phần sai xót mong ACE thông cảm cho em.
Vậy mình vẫn phải tiếp tục đợi thư từ NVC nữa rồi, em sẽ đợi mail từ NVC nếu có mail gì mới mong ACE giúp đỡ em.

Vì có nhiều trường hợp khi luật sư hay đương đơn đã gửi giấy tờ đi rồi, mà NVC chưa nhận, hoặc đã nhận, mà chưa xem xét lại, thì NVC trả lời thư trên, nên không có gì phải bận tâm.
Do đó, ở đây Anh phải chắc một điều, là, toàn bộ giấy tờ đã gửi đi, và đã gửi đi thuế năm 2015, và toàn bộ phải đầy đủ và đúng hết. Thì Anh chỉ còn chờ ngày NVC email báo hoàn thành và giấy phỏng vấn thôi.

Ba của bạn gái em trước năm 1975 là quân nhân QLVNCH, và sau 1975 thì đi bộ đội, đến này làm tổ trưởng dân phố, là đảng viên, ACE cho em hỏi bạn gái em không có vào đảng, vậy khi tụi em đến với hôn nhân về mặt giấy tờ bảo lãnh có bị ảnh hưởng gì không ạ? Vì em có đọc 1 vài bài trên diễn đàn cá nhân là đảng viên nên hồ sơ không được chấp thuận từ phía LSQ.

Giờ nhận check list là hồ sợ mình sẽ bị kéo dài trì hoãn thêm thời gian khoảng bảo lâu để được complete ạ? Mình khổ tâm quá ông luật sư sao cứ để hồ sơ mình bị thiếu sót hoài, nên bữa giờ mình đợi hoài mà không thấy mail báo complete.
