các bạn cho mình hỏi,mình có mail gửi nvc hỏi ngày phỏng vấn hồ sơ đã đáo hạn của anh mình đã 20 ngày .hôm nay nvc có trả lời mình với nội dung sau,mong các bạn xem và trả lời giúp mình nội dung nvc muốn nói gì,có phải sẽ còn 1 thư phỏng vấn sẽ gửi trong thời gian sắp tới nữa không?thanks các bạn.

hi,các anh chị em
mình vừa nhận được giấy phỏng vấn cho hồ sơ f1 pd 21/09/2006 của mình
ngày phỏng vấn là 17/10
hồ sơ của mình đã completed 2 năm đúng đấy các bạn.
nhưng hồ sơ của anh trai mình pd 21/08/2006 vẫn chưa nhận được thư pv,hồ sơ này đã completed được 6 tháng rồi
điều này chứng tỏ ngoài điều kiện hồ sơ phải completed và vượt qua ngày ưu tiên thì muốn có thư pv còn phần nào lệ thuộc vào thời gian hồ sơ đã completed nữa

thực ra mình cũng không biết cụ thể ngày completed đâu,chỉ biết tháng đó thôi.nói chung biết ngày completed cũng không quan trọng,cái chính vẫn là đã completed và ngày đáo hạn đến.còn khi nvc nhận đủ hồ sơ của mình hoặc luật sư nộp,bao gồm ds 230 và bảo trợ tài chính i864 là ok,khoảng từ 6 đến 8 tuần là hồ sơ completed,nếu mình có mail trước để thiết lập mối quan hệ với nvc thì khi hồ sơ completed họ sẽ gửi mail thong bao cho mình biết
