Bạn nên viết mail hỏi XNC thư phỏng vấn vì mình thấy mọi người có PD giống bạn đều đã được phỏng vấn từ lâu...

Tình hình là thấy hồ sơ lâu quá nên em ngứa tay gửi thêm 1 thư nữa cho NVC và nhận đc 1 thư hơi khó hỉu . Anh chị nào rành dịch dùm em thì em cám ơn nhìu lắm

Mình có kinh nghiệm trong trường hợp này. Không có gì lo lắng cả. Nếu bạn có I-797 thì scan gửi cho họ để họ check hồ sơ. Nếu không có cũng không sao, bạn cứ chờ 1 thời gian nữa. Đừng gửi thư cho NVC nhiều quá sẽ vào hộp thư rác. Đặc biệt, nhiều người cùng giải quyết 1 hồ sơ nên họ trả lời thư mình nhiều cũng làm mình rối luôn. Trường hợp của mình sau khi bị rối rắm như bạn, ngồi im chờ. Khoảng 1,5 tháng từ ngày app, NBL bên Mỹ nhận được case number bằng thư gửi đến tận nhà.
