em mới nhận được I-797,vậy em phải đợi giấy báo đóng tiền $88.vậy từ lúc em nhận I-797 đến lúc nào em mới nhận được giấy tiếp theo.em nhãn được I-797 vậy em đã làm giấy I -864 được chưa.hay đợi NVC gửi về em mới lam.

Khi bạn viết câu hỏi bạn nên dùng dấu (?) hoặc hết câu bạn dùng (.) chứ đừng dùng những từ dc lặp đi lặp lại nhiều người họ đọc thấy rối lắm,đôi khi họ hiểu dc ý của bạn nói rồi nhưng ko cần phải trình bài dài dòng như vậy đâu. Y Câu hỏi của bạn là thế này: bạn đã nhận dc giấy I-797,và bây giờ bạn phải làm gì? Hay là đợi mail của NVC? Trả lời là : bạn cứ bình tĩnh và đợi đi đến khi nào bạn có case number rồi hãy làm LLTP số 2,vì từ ngày có case number đến lúc NVC gửi giấy PV về cho bạn theo mình la cũng phải trên 6 tháng đó. Bạn cứ bình tỉnh coi như ko có việc gì phải lo đi,chuyện gì đến nó sẽ đến,còn việc vợ bạn có em bé thì mình nghỉ sau này vợ bạn chỉ cần bổ túc thiêm giấy khai sinh của bé nữa thoi,nếu cần họ sẽ thử ADN của vợ chồng bạn coi có giống của bé ko,trường hợp của vợ chồng bạn "có con" là một lợi thế đó. Chúc vợ chồng bạn sớm được đoàn tụ nhé.

em đóng $88 va đã gửi DS-3032 cho NVC rồi va em đã nhận được I864.vậy em nhận được I864 là NVC đã nhận được tiền của em thì mới gửi giấy I864 phải không? vi em mua money oder gửi đi.

cho em hỏi em diện f2a, em gửi hố sơ qua NVC, mà giấy kết hôn của em,em co lam bản sao trên sở tư pháp tỉnh.em có thể gửi bảo sao hay cần gửi bản chính cho NVC.

diện ko trực hệ thì 8 tuần sau nhận được thư.
Diện trực hệ như F2A, F2B, F3,F4 thì phải chờ lịch visa tăng qua ngày ưu tiên

Em diện F2A em đã nộp hết giấy tờ như I864 va DS230 cho NVC, và đang đợi complete,em không nộp timeline cùng,em nghe nói là mang đi phỏng vấn mới đưa vào, vậy em nên nộp trước cho NVC hay là đợi đến ngày phỏng vấn em mới nộp. trân thành cảm ơn cả nhà mong được giúp đỡ

tôi diện F2A đã gữi ds230 cho NVC được 1 tuần giờ tôi muốn add email của tôi vào để NVC có gửi giấy phỏng vấn qua đường email cho nhanh,thì tôi phải làm sao,vì vừa rồi tôi chưa điền email vào ds230. mong được giúp đỡ

Chào cả nhà em co gửi thư nên NVC hỏi xem khi nào giấy tờ em được completed, thi NVC gửi lại cho em một cái email là. Không hiểu ý của NVC là gi vì em la gửi hồ sơ được một tháng rồi.

The NVC has received the requested Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230). However, we are still
waiting for the Affidavit of Support form. Please submit the Affidavit of Support form according to the
instructions on the Department of State website at the following address:
www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov.
From there, you can fill out an Affidavit of Support form online, then print the completed form and mail
it to NVC.
When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this
letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar
code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the
address provided.
