The beneficiary’s application was denied under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), which states that applications lacking required documents must be denied until such time as those documents are submitted and found to be sufficient. The OF-194 refusal sheet explaining the officer’s decision was mailed to Ms. Tran at that time and we have attached that document for your convenience.
