Em nhận được email từ NVC và bị checklist 2 vấn đề này, mong anh chị giải thích dùm em em phải làm gì tiếp theo

Chào bạn, trong thư đã nói quá rõ rồi còn gì, Bạn làm lại Form I-864 vì thiếu thông tin hoặc là sai. Và cái thứ 2 là chứng minh tài chánh của bạn như là Bank Statement tháng gần nhất, 1 cái check lương của bạn tháng gần nhất, transcript taxes. Mình cũng tự làm theo những gì Anh Chị trên diễn đàn đã post ở topic hướng dẫn khác. Bạn nên chịu khó đọc thêm nhé.

Cảm ơn bạn đã chia sẻ, nhưng tất cả bạn nói ở trên mình đã nộp hết và đầy đủ không thiếu thứ gì, bank statement, cùi check 6 tháng, tax transcript mình nộp cả 2 bản theo như sở thuế IRS gửi luôn bạn nhé.
còn vấn đề khai i864 mình làm đúng theo diễn đàn cùng địa chỉ quan hệ trong gia đình nên mình khai i864a, nếu khác địa chỉ mới xài i864, đằng này bị nói khai lại i864 chắc phải làm theo họ
Chào bạn, trong thư đã nói quá rõ rồi còn gì, Bạn làm lại Form I-864 vì thiếu thông tin hoặc là sai. Và cái thứ 2 là chứng minh tài chánh của bạn như là Bank Statement tháng gần nhất, 1 cái check lương của bạn tháng gần nhất, transcript taxes. Mình cũng tự làm theo những gì Anh Chị trên diễn đàn đã post ở topic hướng dẫn khác. Bạn nên chịu khó đọc thêm nhé.

Bạn điền sai thì NVC mới gửi mail cho bạn như vậy. Có lẽ bạn hiểu nhầm về 2 form này rồi. Bạn có thấy mẫu "I-864A, Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member" nói nôm na là bạn làm form này cần người đồng bảo trợ vì bạn không đủ thu nhập. Form I-864A này thường đính kèm chung với I-864 khi gửi cho NVC. Còn nếu 1 mình bạn đủ khả năng bảo trợ tài chính thì điền 1 form I-864 thôi nhé. Sai form thì dĩ nhiên sẽ kéo theo sai "Financial Evidence" luôn. Nếu đúng như mình đoán thì bạn làm lại hết nhé.
