Hiện tại thì hồ sơ mình đang được USCIS yêu cầu bổ sung thêm hồ sơ chứng minh mối quan hệ cha con. Lúc nộp hồ sơ Ba mình có gửi đủ giấy tờ (form I-130, giấy khai sinh Ba và mình, hôn thú của Ba), tuy nhiên bên USCIS gửi thư về nói là giấy khai sinh mình trễ so với khai sinh thật tới 9 năm (mình có đính kèm thư của USCIS ở bên dưới).
Mình không biết là khi nộp giấy khai sinh của mình thì có sai sót gì không, nên bên USCIS mới yêu cầu thêm. Mình xem qua thư thì dự định sẽ bổ sung thêm giấy tờ, bao gồm:
1. Học bạ (cấp 1 - 3)
2. Hộ khẩu gia đình
Mình dịch và công chứng các giấy tờ này xong sẽ gửi qua Mỹ cho Ba mình. Tuy nhiên mình muốn hỏi là, vì Mình đang ở trọ trong Sài Gòn nên mình công chứng trong này luôn có ảnh hưởng gì không?
3. Giấy khai sinh của Mình & Hôn Thú của Ba (cái này Ba mình giữ ở bên Mỹ nên sẽ công chứng dịch thuật ở bên đó, như vậy có ổn không?)
Hiện tại thì mình chỉ nghĩ được những giấy tờ này là có liên quan để chứng minh mối quan hệ Cha Con. Bên dưới mình gửi kèm thư của USCIS, nhờ Anh/Chị xem qua giùm để coi mình có cần bổ sung thêm gì nữa không?

LATE REGISTERED BIRTH CERTIFICATE
The birth certificate submitted on behalf of BICH HIEN HUYNH PHAM was registered on June 8, 1999, 9 years after the actual event occurred.
The documents submitted as evidence of a parent-child relationship were executed 9 years after the actual event occurred. When considered in light of the factors listed above and with all other evidence currently in the file, USCIS has determined that the birth certificate is insufficiently reliable and will be accorded little or no weight. Therefore, you must submit additional document evidence.
Submit the oldest available evidence that established that BAC PHAM is the father of BICH HIEN HUYNH PHAM. Submit as much evidence as possible. This evidence may include, but is not limited to:
Religious documents: Examples may include birth or baptismal certificates, or other notable religious documents. Religious documents must include:
1. The name of the parents(s)
2. An authorizing signature
