Chào bạn,
HS này bị missing/incomplete về bảo trợ tài chính. NVC gởi check list vào ngày 01/02/2011. Bạn nói người nhà xem kỷ I864 thiếu gì thì bổ sung cho NVC để hoàn tất HS.
Điều kiện để được PV như sau:
- HS phải hoàn tất theo yêu cầu của NVC (bạn chưa đáp ứng được yêu cầu này)
- Có ngày ưu tiên (Priority date) trước lịch Visa hàng tháng.(điều kiện này bạn đã có)
*** Mình có tham khảo 1 số bài Post trước thì được biết bạn thuộc F3 có ngày ưu tiên là 03/10/2011. Với ngày ưu tiên trên bạn sẽ được PV trong tháng 12 này. Nhưng vì HS gia đình bạn chưa complete nên đã không được PV.
HS bạn bị check list đã lâu. Điều quan trọng bây giờ bạn nên tranh thủ hoàn tất HS càng sớm càng tốt, vì sau khi complete HS bạn sẽ nhanh chóng được PV. Bây giờ chuyện được PV nhanh hay chậm là người bảo lảnh có hoàn tất sớm HS hay không. Chúc bạn mau sớm hoàn tất HS. Thân chào
