Em chưa có đăng ký mail trên hồ sơ. nhưng chú em và chị em bên Mỹ có đăng ký rồi. Vậy bây giờ em gửi mail hỏi nữa thì có bị cho là spam và có ảnh hưởng gì đến hồ sơ hay không?

1. Anh chị cho em hỏi nội dung check list này là gì vậy? Có phải là trục trặc về vấn đề bảo trợ không?
2. Khi NVC gửi check list thì cả em và người nhà bên Mỹ (chú em bảo trợ) đều nhận được có phải không?
3. Những phần [x] là gì vậy sao em không đọc được. Làm sao để đọc được vậy?
4. Chị em bên Mỹ nói là hồ sơ đã complete và gửi về cho mỗi người 1 bộ hồ sơ để mang theo lúc phỏng vấn. Vậy tại sao lại nhận được check list này nữa. Nó ảnh hưởng gì tới quá trình complete của hồ sơ hay không. Những giấy tờ và phần còn thiếu của đơn bảo trợ tài chính I864 có thể bổ sung khi phỏng vấn được không hay là phải bổ sung ngay????

- Chào em, nội dung trên chỉ đề cập đến vấn đề bảo trợ tài chính. Vấn đề này chỉ phía NBL mới có thể thực hiện được, việc của em là nhẹ nhàng tế nhị và khéo léo nhắc nhở thôi còn lại là chờ đợi. ( Những mục đánh dấu x là thiếu hoặc không đúng )

- Việc bổ túc về BTTC có thể trước hoặc trong khi phỏng vấn nhưng chỉ nvc mới quết định việc này, vậy nên họ yêu cầu thế nào thì phía NBL và NĐBL cứ thế mà thực hiện.

- Khi nhận checklist thì cả NBL và NĐBL cùng nhận được nếu cả hai đều đã thiết lập mối liên hệ với nvc bằng email.

-Nội dung thư có phải nói là hồ sơ đã Complete rồi hay không (trang đầu tiên đó).
-Người nhà em bên Mỹ có gửi về việt nam một số bộ hồ sơ cho từng người, kể cả bà nội và chú em bên đó. Nói là khi nào đi PV thì cầm theo, vậy em có thể mở ra xem được không. Tất cả giấy tờ vẫn còn nằm trong phong bì được dán lại rồi.
-Nhà em có 3 người quá 21 tuổi, lớn nhất là chị sinh 1/1989. Nhưng tất cả đều có tên trong danh sách đóng tiền và điền DS260, đã COMPLETE hết. Như vậy là đã được khiếu nại CSPA tại NVC rồi phải không anh chị? Có cần khiếu nại CSPA tại LSQ khi có thư PV nữa không?
