Mình F3 3/2003 approve 2009.sn91 cũng mới bị loại tên khỏi danh sách. Cho mình hỏi là bây giờ làm đơn cuứ xét liền hay để tới pv nhỉ. Mình nghe luật sư bên vn nói là chưa điền xong i64 j nữa hix :-/

Giờ thì gia đình bạn cần lấy lí lịch tư pháp, khám sức khỏe và chích ngừa để chuẩn bị phỏng vấn nhé.

Cô chú anh chị cho em hỏi 1 chút hiện tại nhà em có lịch phỏng vấn ngày 29/4/2014 ,nhà e có 6 người và đã đi khám sức khỏe 5 người rồi riêng em không khám vì ko có tên phỏng vấn , e đã tính cuồi cspa rồi thì thấy vẩn đủ tui bây giờ e bắt đầu từ đâu ? anh chị nào hướng dẫn kỹ dùm em nha, mà bây giờ đi khiếu nại thì lại ko có giấy i-797 ?

Nếu tuổi CSPA của bạn quá sát 21 tuổi CSPA, thì bạn cần có I-797. Nếu bạn dư tuổi, chỉ cần khiếu nại qua thư điện tử, k cần I-797. Nêu khiếu nại trước ngày 29/4/2014 2 tuần. Sớm quá, LSQ sẽ trả lời là hồ sơ k chưa đc chuyển về.
