Dạ hôm trước anh chị cũng có hướng dẫn em hỏi qua đường link : https://vn.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/immigrant-visa-inquiry-form/ và em đã hỏi câu hỏi : i want to check my interview day . Thì họ gửi mail về và cần bổ sung hồ sơ rồi họ xếp lịch phỏng vấn . nhưng luật sư của em đã gửi đầy đủ theo nhưng giờ vẫn chưa nhận được thư phỏng vấn . Vậy giờ có cần gửi như cái anh chị hướng dẫn trên nữa không ạ .

Our office sent an Instruction Letter (Packet 3) to your mailing address. If you did not receive it, please find the attached letter, which has the same validity as the original one sent by postal mail. You can also download the Instruction Package at: https://vn.usembassy.gov/packet3.
Each eligible travelling applicant listed in the Instruction Letter must complete Form DS-260 at: https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx. As soon as the DS-260 is completed, please notify our office immediately and attach a copy of the DS-260 confirmation page via our inquiry form at: https://vn.usembassy.gov/ivcontact. If you need the NVC Invoice ID, or if the Instruction Letter does not include the name(s) of the derivative applicant(s) you wish to add to the case, please submit an inquiry to: https://vn.usembassy.gov/ivcontact. To add children to the case, you should attach a scanned copy of their birth certificates. To add a spouse to the case, you should attach a scanned copy of your marriage certificate and your spouse’s birth certificate.
Please send all documents listed below to our office by postal mail for each eligible travelling applicant listed in the attached Instruction Letter. Our mailing address is: U.S. Consulate General, Immigrant Visa Unit, 4 Le Duan, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. We will schedule a visa interview after we receive these documents.

The case may be terminated if the beneficiary fails to pursue the application within one year from today.

Thường thì trong thư mời của LSQ có phần yêu cầu giấy tờ cần thiết mang theo lúc phỏng vấn, gia đình bạn cứ theo đó mà thực hiện vậy là được rồi.

anh (chị) cho em hỏi là hôm bữa gia đình của em đi phỏng vấn ở lãnh sự . Sau khi phỏng vấn thì gia đình của nhà em được đưa cho 1 tờ giấy màu xanh với nội dung là như sau :
Theo quy định của bộ ngoại giao hoa kỳ , viên chức lãnh sự đã chuyển hồ sơ bão lãnh của quý vị về sở di trú và nhập tịch hoa kỳ (USCIS) để yêu cầu hủy bỏ theo những điều khoản sau :
* Do người bảo lãnh đã qua đời , hồ sơ bảo lãnh của quý vị sẽ bị trả về SỞ di trú và nhập tịch hoa kỳ theo thủ tục hành chính . trong trường hợp này , quý vị có thể nộp đơn đến sở di trú và nhập tịch hoa kỳ để xin xem xét phục hồi hồ sơ vì lý do nhân đạo . Để kiểm tra xem quý vị có đủ điều kiện hay không , xin vui lòng tham khảo trang web : http://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-through-family/humanitarian-reinstatement
- ĐỂ biết thông tin về tình trạng hồ sơ , xin vui lòng liên hệ văn phòng USCIS nơi quý vị đã nộp hồ sơ bảo lãnh .
