Nếu hồ sơ bạn đã được USCIS xét duyệt chấp thuận.
Bạn vào lấy mẫu thư gửi NVC, để hỏi số hồ sơ Case number HCM.

Hiện tại diện visa F3 đang xem xét đến trước ngày 08/04/2004, hồ sơ này có ngày ưu tiên 28/06/2010. Theo dự đoán đoán khoảng còn 6 năm nữa mới đến lượt được xem xét giải quyết, và cũng còn tùy thuộc vào diễn biến lịch visa hàng tháng tăng nhanh hay chậm nữa. Khi lịch vượt qua ngày đáo hạn ưu tiên NVC sẽ thông báo và tiến hành mở hồ sơ cho gia đình bạn.

Có nghĩa là khi nào hồ sơ bạn đến lượt được xem xét giải quyết, thì bạn phải liên hệ với NVC để thực hiện các giấy tờ cần thiết, cũng như đóng các khoản lệ phí đúng theo yêu cầu của họ, không nên để hồ sơ vượt quá thời gian là 1 năm, để trôi qua mà không liên lạc với NVC.
