Based upon the information received, the NVC is unable to determine the date of birth for the petitioner. Please submit a copy of a government-issued document indicating the date of birth (e.g. valid passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate). Giúp mình với!.NVC,đã gởi 02 Email cho tôi với nội dung là không xác định, ngày tháng ,năm sinh của người BL.Lý do người BL,giấy khai sinh củ ở VN là 1962,nhưng hiện sử dụng U S,1961.Tuần qua,người BL đã gởi giấy quốc tịch,khai sinh bên VN cho NVC và giải thích trường hợp trên.Lúc mở hồ sơ,đến nay bên VN và US cũng chưa nhận giấy đóng tiền hoặc DS 3032.Mong ACE diển đàn,cho mình một lời giải.Cảm ơn,ACE diển đàn XNC.

trường hợp bạn rắc rối to.lý do nbl đã lấy ngày ks khác,bây giờ hộ chiếu, quốc tịch, thẻ an sinh....vv của nbl đều sai so với ks cũ bên VN, và nbl đã gởi giấy tờ giải thích cho NVC như vậy là hợp lý rồi, bạn chờ khoảng 3tuần ->4tuần chờ họ cứu xét,sau đó bạn có thể email cho NVC để hỏi thăm,bạn vui lòng chờ,chúc bạn may mắn

bạn khai theo giấy tờ bên us cũng không ổn,vì khi pv họ cũng yc bạn trình giấy ks cũ...vv. của nbl để chứng minh quan hệ,lúc đó lại khổ nữa,theo bạn cho biết thì nbl đã gởi giấy tờ để cm,người sinh năm 61 và 62 là một như vậy là đúng hướng rồi,vì sai ngày sinh nhưng tên bố mẹ ,tên thể hiện trên giấy tờ giống nhau như vậy là được rồi,hs giấy tờ bạn đã khai cho nvc rồi thì cứ như vậy theo đúng ks cũ,chờ NVC giải quyết ,chào bạn

xin chào hs bạn bị kẹt,nguyên nhân chính là do ngày sinh của nbl khác biệt với ks gốc,nbl đã gởi giấy qt và ks bên VN cho NVC và giải thích sự khác biệt này,như vậy là NVC đang nghiên cứu giải quyết,bạn cố gắng nhẫn nại chờ,chị bạn đã gởi rồi thì bạn còn gởi ks qua cho NVC làm chi nữa,khoảng 3tu nữa nếu không thấy NVC trả lời bạn có thể email qua NVC hỏi thăm,chúc bạn vượt qua khó khăn này

Những giấy Khai sinh không có ngày tháng thì ở bên Mỹ đều được cấp là ngày 01 tháng 01 hết. Vì lúc qua Mỹ chị anh không nhớ năm sanh nên khai năm 1962 (không có ngày tháng). Khi đó Mỹ đã cấp ngày tháng cho chi Anh là: 01/01/1962. Khai sinh ở Việtnam của Chị Anh lại là năm 1961. Vụ giấy KS anh đang gặp rất rối lớn, NVC sẽ xem xét rất kỷ nên phải mất thời gian (NVC sẻ xem Chi anh giải thích có hợp lý không). Năm 2001 luc Ba mình PV đi Mỷ trong giấy Khai sinh củ Ba mình không có ngày tháng, cũng gặp rắc rối rất lâu. Phải đi xác minh ở địa phương đủ thứ hết. Cuối cùng LSQ cấp cho ngày sinh là 01/01 đó. Anh chịu khó đợi nhe. Chúc HS anh sớm vượt qua khó khăn này nhé. Thân chào.
