Hiện tại em đã hoàn tất form DS-260 cho ba em là đương đơn chính. Đã bấm submit. Nhưng sau đó em phát hiện đã điền sai ngày đăng ký kết hôn. Em điền thành ngày sao y giấy đăng ký. Giờ em không thể sửa được. Chị có thể hướng dẫn em làm thế nào để thông báo cho nvc chỉnh sửa thông tin này không chị.

Đơn Form DS-260 là trực tuyến online, một khi đã bấm Submit gửi đi cho NVC rồi, thì không thể chỉnh sửa lại được. Khi đi phỏng vấn in mang theo DS-260 báo với Viên chức LSQ để nhờ họ giúp chỉnh sửa thông tin lại cho đúng.
Còn về điền đơn Form DS-260 cho Mẹ bạn thì phải điền lại thông tin theo đúng ngày Đăng ký kết hôn, chứ không lấy ngày sao y bản chính nữa.

Gia đình em đã nộp bộ hồ sơ Civil documents & hồ sơ của người bảo lãnh cho NVC rồi. Nhưng em vẫn nhận thư này của NVC, chị xem nội dung bên dưới nhé. Em không biết đây chỉ là thư nhắc nhở nộp hay hồ sơ thất lạc,NVC không nhận được.

Em có đứa em chưa lập gia đình nhưng có 1 đứa con. Xin cho em hỏi là trong form ds-260 có phải khai ra đứa con này không ạ. Và việc này có làm kéo dài thời gian xử lý hồ sơ không. Và em của em có đi theo ba mẹ được không ạ. Em của em đủ tuổi để đi. Em xin cám ơn.

Trong Form DS-260 có phần Family Information: Children = thông tin gia đình trẻ em.
Câu Do you have any children = Bạn có con hay không? Là dùng cho người được bảo lãnh chính (tức đương dơn chính) điền tên các con vào. Thí dụ là tên: người con thứ 1, người con thứ 2, và lần lượt như thế v.v....
Tôi cần phải giải thích thêm cho bạn hiểu rõ trường hợp diện visa F4 là bảo lãnh Anh, chị, em chỉ giải quyết cho người được bảo lãnh chính trước đây còn độc thân sau đó kết hôn, hoặc đã kết hôn rồi và sau đó có con, thì theo Luật di trú mới có thể xin bổ sung thêm thành viên vào danh sách.
Còn như thông tin của bạn, thì em của bạn là con của người được bảo lãnh chính đúng không, quan hệ ruột thịt là cha con, thì người con này phải dưới 21 tuổi sau khi tính tuổi CSPA, và phải giữ tình trạng độc thân cho đến khi được xuất cảnh định cư. Trường hợp này em của bạn nếu không quá tuổi CSPA, thì sẽ được giải quyết cùng đi với người được bảo lãnh chính (tức đương đơn chính của hồ sơ). Chứ không giải quyết con của em bạn đi cùng. Vì cháu bé này không thể xuất cảnh cùng Ông/Bà Nội, hay Ông/Bà Ngoại chẳng hạn.

Dạ vâng.Em hiểu những thông tin chị vừa cung cấp. Em của em là con của người bảo lãnh chính và đủ tuổi CSPA và vẫn độc thân cho tới giờ. NVC vừa gửi mail nói đóng tiền 325usd và điền form ds-260 cho em của em. Em cũng biết là con của em em (cháu em) không được giải quyết đi theo đợt này.
Tuy nhiên trong form Ds260 điền cho em của em có câu. "Do you have any children". Nên em không biết phải trả lời là YES hay NO. Vậy em nên trả lời là Yes hay No vậy chị. Em cám ơn chị.

Vậy trong phần điền đơn Form DS-260 có câu: Do you have any children của em bạn, thì cứ chọn Yes đi, và ghi tên cháu bé vào, nhưng việc này cũng rất quan trọng. Nếu còn độc thân thì làm gì mà có con? Khi đi phỏng vấn phải in trang xác nhận Form DS-260 này mang theo, vì có đầy đủ thông tin. Lúc đó sẽ tùy thuộc vào việc xem xét của Viên chức LSQ, em của bạn có được cấp visa hay không? quyền quyết định sau cùng là ở nơi họ.
