We are unable to calculate a beneficiary’s eligibility under the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) until we have received all the necessary documents and visa application processing fees.
Cong Huu Dao can bring this letter to the Immigrant Visa (IV) Unit of the U.S. Consulate at 4 Le Duan, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City on
November 9 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. to request CSPA consideration. The child will be required to provide the following:
· The DS-260 confirmation page (If the child cannot complete the DS-260, our office will provide further assistance after the CSPA determination);
· Valid passport, original birth certificate and a copy of the birth certificate;
· Evidence of the current marital status of the child
and the principal applicant, such as marriage certificate, death certificate, or divorce decree;
· This letter;
· Pay the
non-refundable visa application processing fee (if not already paid through NVC). Information about the visa application processing fee is available at:
