Lần trước nhờ chị hướng dẫn em gửi Mail cho NVC xin dươc số Case Number và em dùng số này kiểm tra thì hồ sơ đang ở NVC như thông tin bên dưói. Chị giải thích giúp dùm em lình trạng hồ sơ như thế này thì em phải làm gì tiếp theo hay chỉ chờ tới ngày mở hồ sơ thôi ạ.
Và làm sao để xin 16 số Invoice ID ạ ?
