Cho e hỏi case number của e được không? Gia đình e đã chuyển nhà đi nơi khác ngày visa sắp đến nhưng giấy tờ bị thất lạc e đã gữi email cho NVC nhưng chưa thấy hồi âm vậy hồ sơ của gia đình e có sao ko ạ?

Bạn phải gởi email cho NVC để hỏi tình trạng hồ sơ .

Bạn cần cung cấp thêm thông tin về hồ sơ thật chính xác.
1/. Ngày ưu tiên Priority date.
2/. Ngày chấp thuận Approval date.
3/. Số Receipts number.

Hồ sơ bạn đã được USCIS xét duyệt chấp thuận approval ngày 29/09/2009, nhưng sao đến nay vẫn chưa có số hồ sơ Case number HCM.

Bạn vào lấy mẫu thư gửi NVC, để hỏi số hồ sơ Case number HCM.

Visa giờ đang giải quyết đến 1/8/2002 của bạn ngày ưu tiên 23/3/2002 sao giờ chưa dc phỏng vấn ??? Có dc gọi kêu đóng tiền hay điền đơn gì chưa ???

Hồ sơ bạn đã hoàn tất copmlete tại NVC chưa?
Hiện tại diện visa F4 đang xem xét đến trước ngày 01/08/2002, hồ sơ này có ngày ưu tiên 23/03/2002, đã vượt qua ngày đào hạn ưu tiên, nếu đã hoàn tất complete rồi.

KẾT THÚC HỒ SƠ XIN THỊ THỰC

Điều khoản 203(g) của luật Di trú và Nhập tịch Hoa Kỳ qui định rằng các đương đơn xin thị thực phải nộp đơn xin thị thực trong vòng một năm kể từ ngày được thông báo chính thức.

Tùy vào từng hồ sơ cụ thể, ngày đương đơn được gởi hồ sơ hướng dẫn nộp đơn xin thị thực (Instruction Package) hay hồ sơ hướng dẫn phỏng vấn (Appointment Package) được xem là ngày thông báo chính thức. Nếu đương đơn không liên lạc với chúng tôi trong vòng một năm kể từ những ngày nêu trên, hồ sơ xin thị thực sẽ tạm thời bị đóng. Thông báo về việc tạm đóng hồ sơ (TERMLT-1) sẽ được gởi đến đương đơn trong các trường hợp sau:

1 Không nộp đơn xin Thị thực định cư và đăng ký Ngoại kiều DS-230 hoặc DS-260;

2 Không đến phỏng vấn mà không có một thông báo bằng văn bản nào gởi đến Bộ phận Thị thực định cư; hay

3 Không phản hồi về hồ sơ sau khi đơn xin thị thực bị từ chối theo điều khoản 221(g) của Luật Di trú và Nhập tịch Hoa Kỳ do hồ sơ còn thiếu giấy tờ cần phải bổ túc.
