Cái này NVC họ thông báo họ đã gửi yêu cầu cho Luật sư của anh làm lại DS230, trong đó họ có nói về Lý lịch tư pháp. Theo em biết những trường hợp này là do khi khai DS230 ở câu 30 ( liệt kê những nơi đã ở 6 tháng hoặc lâu hơn) không được để trống thời gian chổ này, nếu để trống họ cho là không đúng với Lý lịch tư pháp và yêu cầu làm lại cho chính xác. Bác có bản lưu DS230 nào không ? Nếu có bác xem kỹ lại nhe, bác có thể tự khai và nộp thẳng cho NVC cho nhanh. :1:
Bác có nhận được checklist trong email không ? Trong tờ này họ có ghi rõ yêu cầu làm những gì đó bác.
