Tôi ở tiểu bang ILLINOIS ,tôi đã nộp I-130 để bảo lảnh mẹ ruột sang định cư Hoa Kỳ. Ngày 02/07/2010 sở di trú đả nhận đơn ( thông qua kiểm tra bưu điện ) và ngày 12/07/2010 sở di trú đả nhận phí 355usd >Nhưng đến nay 31/07/2010 tôi chưa nhận được bất kỳ thư từ hồi âm từ sở di trú ,chưa có receipt number .Nếu gọi phone thì trình tự như thế nào? Nhờ anh chị giúp dùm cách gọi phone hoặc viết email tới sở di trú.Cảm ơn nhiều

Chào bạn nguyenhuong1957, theo tôi được biết thì khi USCIS nhận đơn xin bảo lãnh (form I-130) và lệ phí thì sẽ cấp receipt number cho bạn chứ, vì receipt number chính là số biên nhận của hồ sơ. USCIS không có email. Tôi cho bạn địa chỉ có số phone, bạn gởi thư hoặc gọi phone vào hỏi coi sao nhé!
