Hiện nay mình đã nhận được I-797 notice of action
Receipt number: YC1990124231
Case type: I130-Petition for alien relative
Phần bên dưới của thư có ghi là:
You should allow a minimum of 30 days for Us department of state processing before contacting the NVC ....
Vậy xin cho mình hỏi, bước tiếp theo là khi nào mình nhận được case number, và mình cần phải chuẩn bi làm gì tiếp theo.

You should keep this information available in a safe place as you will need it every time you log on to CEAC. Please keep in mind that you must use CEAC to provide NVC with the fees and documents that are required prior to your immigrant visa interview. We do not accept these by mail.

Please Note: You must bring the exact original of any scanned document you upload to CEAC that NVC accepts to your immigrant visa interview. Failure to bring the exact original you uploaded to CEAC may delay the processing of your case.

You can find detailed instructions and frequently asked questions at https://nvc.state.gov/ceac. After you complete the steps above, we will review the forms and documents you submit. If something is missing or incorrect, we will tell you how to fix it. Otherwise, we will schedule your case for a visa interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in HO CHI MINH CITY, VTNM.

If you need to contact NVC, please follow the instructions at https://nvc.state.gov/inquiry. NVC may send questions, instructions, and status updates to your CEAC account. If we do this you will receive an email asking you to log into your CEAC account to review a message from NVC.

Step 1: Choose an Agent

Your first step is to choose an agent.

Your agent will receive communication from the NVC about your case. You may act as your own agent or you may choose your petitioner, a family member, friend, attorney, immigration professional, or any other person you trust. You may have an agent that represented you and the petitioner in the petition process with USCIS. However, you will need to formally select an agent to represent you for your visa processing.

To choose your agent, complete the Choice of Address and Agent (DS-261) form in the Consular Electronic Application Center.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for the NVC to process your DS-261 before continuing to the next step.

After you choose your agent, you need to pay your processing fees. There are two processing fees:

Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee

Affidavit of Support Fee

You should pay these fees online at the Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Center. You will need a bank routing number and a checking or savings account number from a U.S. bank. The image below shows the routing number, account number, and check number on a personal check. The order of these numbers may differ on your check and may include some special symbols different from those shown. You can contact your financial institution for specific details.

You will also need your NVC Case Number and Invoice ID Number (located on the NVC Welcome Letter you received from us). Once you obtain this information, log into the Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Center and pay your fees. Please note you cannot pay these two fees simultaneously; the online system will ask you to pay them one at a time.

After submitting your payment online, please allow up to 1 week for NVC to process your fee payments before continuing to the next step. You will not be able to access Form DS-260 until NVC has processed your payments.

Tình hình là hồ sơ của ba mẹ em đã nộp xong hết, và check thì thấy báo admitted, vậy xin cho em hỏi bao lâu mới được xét lịch phỏng vấn.

Tình hình là hồ sơ của ba mẹ mình đã nộp xong xuôi hết các giấy tờ, accepted hết rồi. Nhưng chờ mãi không thấy lịch phỏng vấn. Xin cho hỏi bây giờ cần làm hoặc chuẩn bị những gì. Cảm ơn.

Em đăng nhập vào trang ceac. state. gov thì thấy trạng thái của hồ sơ ghi Accepted hết sau khi submitted. Vậy cho em hỏi mình phải đợi thông báo completed rồi mới xét lịch phỏng vấn?

Xin cho em hỏi có phải diện bảo lãnh cha mẹ, có lịch phỏng vấn bình thường hay đã bị tạm ngưng xem xét, vì gia đình em đợi mãi không thấy gì. Chân thành cảm ơn.
