Mình là diện Visa K1, ông xã đã nộp hồ sơ cho mình được 5 tháng rồi tới ngày 1 tháng 8 họ gửi mail về như sau: Request for Evidence và Receipt Number: WAC1690327338
Minh lo lắng quá, không biết hồ sơ cần thêm gì nữa?
Mình và ông xã đã làm đám cưới ở VN nhưng chưa đăng ký kết hôn.

Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiance
You (the petitioner), filed a Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiance, in behalf of beneficiary on Feb 22, 2016. You are seeking to classify the beneficiary as Fiance of United States citizen under section 101 (a) (15) (K) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Additional evidence is required to establish the qualifying relationship . Submit your response to this request for evidence along with the attached blue sheet.
The petitioner submitted letters of intent to marry for the beneficiary and yuorself. However, a review of the letters indicates that the petitioner and beneficiary were married om Jan 03, 2015 in Vietnam. As indicated on the I-129F petition, the petitioner has claimed that she and the beneficiary are not yet marrie, but plan to do so. Please explain and clarify this discrepancy and submit evidence for one of the following.
- If the petitioner and the beneficiary are married, please submit the marriage certificate between himself and the beneficiary. The certificate must indicate that after the marriage ceremony, it was registered or recorded by the county, state, or province. If the document is in a foreign language, it must submitted with word - for - word English translation.
OR
- If the petitioner and the beneficiary are not yet married, please submit documentary evidence that the marriage referred to on the letters of intent to marry does not exist.
