Hồ sơ bạn vẫn còn ở NVC, chưa được mở.
Muốn biết thông tin chính xác về tình trạng hồ sơ.

HCM chỉ là số hồ sơ Case number do NVC cấp, là lúc hồ sơ được USCIS chấp thuận chuyển sang NVC sẽ có số này. Chưa được mở có nghĩa là hồ sơ vẫn còn nằm tại NVC, khi nào lịch visa sắp đến ngày đáo hạn ưu tiên, thường trước khoảng từ 5 -6 tháng NVC sẽ thông báo và tiến hành mở hồ sơ, bước kế tiếp là phải hoàn tất hồ sơ xong, mới được xếp lịch phỏng vấn.

Các anh chị có ai hồ sơ giao cho luật sư bên us lam từ a-z giống mình ko,hs mình đã complete và đang chờ giấy pv( nghe ls nói vậy,pd 13/04/2011).
Cho mình hỏi: khi hồ sơ dc mở thì luật sư kêu đóng tiền 230us và 88us,nhưng sao mình ko thấy họ gửi DS320 về vn cho mình ghi gì hết (đứa em mình cung giao ls làm nhưng vợ nó mang DS230 về cho điền xong kí tên).chẳng lẻ ls bên đó họ ghi cho mình luôn?có ai giống mình ko vậy?
