Có thể là do bạn đó ko gơi thư cho NVC hỏi ngày pv, nên chưa nhận dc thư . Trong khi đó có nhìu người gởi thư hỏi NVC thì NVC phúc đáp thư kèm theo ngày PV nen họ biết là họ sẽ được pv vào ngày đó, tức là Visa thang nay sẽ tăng đến ngày bao nhiu đó. ( trong trường hợp Phát thư trễ thì làm sao biet dc như tháng này cực trễ )
