Mình check 10 cái hồ sơ thì cả 10 cái đều at NVC. Chứ hồ sơ nào có thư PV có thèm check nữa đâu.

check cái này thật ra khi có thư phỏng vấn nó vẫn hiện lên là At NVC .
Nhưng thực tế là trong email đã nhận thư rồi .
Trước ngày phỏng vấn 15 ngày (lúc này hồ sơ về VN ) nó mới đổi qua thành Ready

Tốt nhất bạn nên liên hệ bằng email là chắc ăn nhất ^^

Due to the numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law, this petition is not eligible for further processing at this time. The petition will be retained at the NVC until an immigrant visa becomes available. The petitioner, principal applicant, or attorney of record will be notified when this petition is eligible for further processing. The principal applicant should not make any firm plans such as disposing of property, giving up jobs, or making travel arrangements at this time. For additional information please review the explanation of numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance below.

EXPLANATION OF NUMERICAL LIMITATIONS ON IMMIGRANT VISA ISSUANCE:
Immigrant visa processing is governed by the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) of 1952, as amended, which controls priority dates and the number of immigrant visas that can be issued under certain preference categories. To establish which petitions are eligible for visas, the Department of State issues a monthly publication called the Visa Bulletin.

The Visa Bulletin provides a list of cut-off dates that are used to ensure the number of immigrant visas issued each year does not exceed the legal limit established in the INA. Cut-off dates are categorized by foreign state of chargeability and preference category. Only a petition with a priority date that is earlier than the cut-off date is eligible for a visa and consular processing. Please note this petition's priority date, foreign state of chargeability, and preference category can be found at the end of this correspondence.

The NVC may begin processing this petition prior to a visa number becoming available per the current edition of the Visa Bulletin. This allows ample time for the petitioner and applicant(s) to obtain and submit all required fees, forms, and documents. This petition, however, will not be eligible for an immigrant visa interview until its priority date is earlier than the cut-off date established in the current edition of the Visa Bulletin

Nhà mình mới nhận thư phỏng vấn rồi nhé. Pd 08.05.03, completed 20/11/13.chúc mọi người sớm nhận thư và mong cả nhà f3 sớm đoàn tụ nhé!

ACE nao co Ngay PV Cung Minh chia se voi Minh voi Minh 12/3/2003 co Ngay PV 24/4 9:00 sang . KHi PV Minh Mang Giay to gi co the ACE Giup Minh voi thanh that cam on nhieu

Tháng này lịch visa chỉ tăng có 2 tuần cho F4, sao cứ đến phiên mình thì nó lại giảm bớt 1 tuần, thiếu có mấy ngày mà phải đợi đến 1 thang, riết nản với bên phía mỹ thật

Em có mail cho NVC hỏi hồ sơ complete chưa và nhận dc mail trả lời thế này. Anh chị có thể cho em biết email trả lời này có phải báo Hồ sơ của em đã complete k ạ?

tháng nầy f4 chỉ tăng đươc có 2 tuần thôi các ban ơi .f4 tăng chay châm quá nóng lòng quá!

tháng này các F nhận thư phỏng vấn nhiều. nhà cậu mình cũng F3 cũng phỏng vấn ngày 29/04. nhà mình cũng vài tháng nữa mới tới. :((. chúc các anh chị phỏng vấn thành công
