Anh chị cho em hỏi: hồ sơ em diện F3. Đã đóng $88 và nộp DS-261 online (cách đây 10 ngày). Người thân bảo lãnh cho em bên mỹ nhận form I-134. Theo kinh nghiệm chia sẽ trên diễn đàn, đáng lẽ phải là form I-864 phải không ạ? Em có cần viết thư hỏi NVC không?
Người nhà em đã đóng $88 cách dây 10 ngày, vậy bao lâu em mới nhận được thông báo đóng $230?

Gia đình bạn thuộc diện F3 , VISA ĐỊNH CƯ ,IMMIGRANT VISA , Phải dùng mẩu form bảo trợ tài chính I-864 .
CÁC MẨU FORM I-864/I-864A Là do người bảo lảnh , người bảo trợ tài chính tự download về để điền , chứ không có ai gởi về cho mình cả .

FORM I-134 được dùng cho diện hôn phu thê K1 và các diện visa du lịch , KHÔNG ĐỊNH CƯ . NONIMMIGRANT VISA .
Khi hồ sơ đến lượt giải quyết, NVC sẽ cung cấp hướng dẫn về Tiến trình hồ sơ Bảo trợ Tài chánnh và Tiến trình nộp hồ sơ của đương đơn.
Vui lòng theo đúng các hướng dẫn của NVC. Nếu quí vị gởi hồ sơ hay đóng tiền khi chưa được NVC yêu cầu, tiến trình hồ sơ có thể bị đình trệ.

CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM about your interview until we give you the date.
We saw that either your Affidavit of Support was incomplete, some of your
supporting documents were missing, or both. We have marked the missing items
on the checklist below.
You should send any of the missing items to KHANH CONG TRAN so he or she
can take them to the visa interview. The Consular Officer will review the missing
items at the time of the interview.
Please pay special attention to any items related to the Affidavit of Support form.
If the checklist shows any problems with the form, you should complete a new
form and send it to KHANH CONG TRAN.

NVC yêu cầu khai lại bộ bảo trợ tài chính i-864 mới , các giấy tờ phụ kèm theo như giấy khai thuế năm 2013,giấy xác nhận việc làm kèm theo bảng lương 6 tháng gần nhất và gởi về cho người được bảo lảnh ở VIỆT NAM cầm đi trong ngày phỏng vấn .
NVC yêu cầu khai lại bộ bảo trợ tài chính i-864 mới , các giấy tờ phụ kèm theo như giấy khai thuế năm 2013,giấy xác nhận việc làm kèm theo bảng lương 6 tháng gần nhất và gởi về cho người được bảo lảnh ở VIỆT NAM cầm đi trong ngày phỏng vấn .
