Hi Hạnh,
Mình ngày 3/11/2014 mà vẫn chưa thấy thông tin gì? Mấy bạn PD tháng 11/2014 cũng chưa thấy ai nhận được thư PV. Sốt ruột ghê luôn
Với tình hình hô sơ của Hạnh thì hi vọng lịch visa tăng hơn 4 tuần chứ nếu tăng 4 tuần như tháng trước là 22/11/2014 thì hồ sơ của bạn sẽ bị lọt sang tháng sau mất rồi. Good Luck cả nhà!

Anle cứ theo dõi diễn đàn đi. Thường những hồ sơ đã complete có PD gần nhau sẽ nhận thư phỏng vấn cùng lượt mà, chỉ có ngày PV có thể khác nhau thôi. Mình cứ theo dõi xem mọi người tình hình thế nào? Dù sao cũng chờ đợi 1,5 năm rồi giờ chờ thêm 1 - 2 tuần cũng cố gắng chứ sao. hihi có gì thông báo tình hình cho nhau.

Bạn ơi... Mình 5/2014 nè bạn.. Bạn đã nhận đươc tờ giấy như vậy chưa bạn? Mình cũng vậy nè.. Đang chờ lịch phỏng vấn nè..

Dear Sir/Madam,
The National Visa Center (NVC) received all the requested documentation for this immigrant visa case. The applicant is now in the queue awaiting an interview appointment overseas, where a consular officer will adjudicate the applicant’s visa application.
NVC schedules appointments one month in advance. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate General tells us what dates they are holding interviews, and NVC fills these appointments in a first-in, first-out manner. Most appointments are set within 60 days of NVC receipt of all requested documentation. However, we cannot predict when an interview appointment will be available.
When we are able to schedule an appointment, we will notify the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable). The applicant can prepare now by reading about the embassy’s interview requirements online at http://nvc.state.gov/interview. Thank you for your patience.
The embassy may require additional documents at the interview. In particular, if the following three items are all true, the applicant must bring a new police certificate to the visa interview:
• He or she is more than 16 years old;
• The police certificate submitted to NVC was obtained more than one year ago; and
• He or she still lives in the country that issued the certificate.
The applicant should not make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the embassy has issued a visa.

Hs của bạn ở việt nam có thuê ls k bạn hay bạn tự làm , mik cũng đang lo cái vụ thuê văn phòng làm hs cho mik đây ,thấy mọi người hướng dẫn cũng dễ nhưng ck mik kêu thuê đi cho ngta làm đầy đủ ,k sợ thiếu j vì thời gian chờ đợi lâu quá rùi nên mong mún mọi thứ hoàn chỉnh hết sợ fongr vấn thiếu rùi tốn thời gian nữa , chắc của mik zí bạn sau này fongr vấn chắc gần nhau quá có j chia sẻ kinh nghiệm nha

Theo mình hồ sơ Vân bị chậm ak. Vì Vân PD 4/2014 mà tuần trước còn điền đơn ds 260 theo mình thì do NVC yêu cầu bổ sung. Vậy thì hồ sơ của bạn vẫn chưa được complete đâu. Khi nào bạn nhận được mail báo complete thì hồ sơ của bạn sẽ được chuyển về lãnh sự quán tại Việt Nam. Minh thấy ls bên chỗ Vân làm có vấn đề ak. Thường thuê ls thì hồ sơ chỉ 13 tháng từ ngày PD là complete rồi. Chúc Vân may mắn nhe
