Mình để ý trên dd có rất nhiều hs F3 8/01 lun đó :1:
hs nhà mình F3 27/8/01 đây, đang rất là hy vọng !
Nhà mình làm hs qua luật sư nên hôm bữa mình gửi email "hỏi ngày pv" cũng chẳng bít được gì nhiều :2: Hy vọng bên luật sư có tin gì mới thì báo liền cho gđ ...

Based upon the information received, the NVC is unable to determine the date of birth for the petitioner. Please submit a copy of a government-issued document indicating the date of birth (e.g. valid passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate). The document must include the month, day, and year of birth.
According to U.S. law, the National Visa Center is only permitted to discuss details of a visa case with authorized representatives and when provided with all of the following information:
* NVC case number or USCIS receipt number
* Petitioner's name and date of birth

Chiều nay đúng 17h45 mình nhận được email- thư mời PV, và PV vào lúc 10h ngày 03/08/2011 (F3-PD-20/08/2001, completed- 28/09/2010)
Hiện gia đình đang ồn ào vì "sự kiện"này, gia đình mình xin chia vui cùng D/đ. Mình nhờ anh Thành cập nhật "sự kiện" này giúp em.

Vừa rồi có phỏng vấn, bổ sung hồ sơ...Nhưng do lùi lịch Visa nên phải đợi đến hôm nay, đến bây giờ vẫn chưa có giấy thông báo gì cả! Hix...
Hôm nay tháng 7 rồi, sốt ruột lên lãnh sự quán hỏi thì người ta bảo tháng sau lên liên lạc.
Các anh chị có ý kiến gì không ạ? E thấy một số anh chị có PD sau nhà em mà được mời lên rồi...Cả nhà em ai cũng nóng lòng chờ cả!:20:

Các bạn ơi hồ sơ nhà mình diện bảo lãnh F3 co PD:23/08/2011 hôm 25/6/2011 mình có viết mail hỏi NVC thì họ trả lời như sau:
Dear Sir/Madam:
Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).
The date of birth is correct in the NVC computer system.
The applicant's name has been placed on the list of documentarily qualified cases awaiting the availability of visa numbers under the numerical limitations prescribed by statute. The designated representative of this case (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will be notified of an appointment date as soon as the numbers have been received. The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.
An immigrant visa is usually valid for six months from the date it is issued. It may be used to apply for admission into the United States any time during its validity.
Please be advised that once a visa is available, we schedule interview appointments based on the capacity of the respective U.S. Embassy/Consulate General. We are unable to predict when an interview will be scheduled.

sau đó mình viết mail hỏi lãnh sự quán mỹ ở HCM thì họ nói hồ sơ nhà mình chưa chuyển về việt nam. Vậy các bạn cho mình hỏi trước ngày nhận được thư PV thì hồ sơ chuyển về lãnh sự quán hồ chí minh trước ngày pv là bao nhiêu ngày vậy? Mình cảm ơn các bạn trất nhiều. sau đó mình viết mail hỏi lãnh sự quán mỹ ở HCM thì họ nói hồ sơ nhà mình chưa chuyển về việt nam.
