Ngày nộp hồ sơ bảo lãnh 23/10/2003
Tháng 2/2014 vừa rồi NVC có gởi thông báo bổ túc hồ sơ và đóng tiền cùng với điền DS-260
Gia đình con nộp hồ sơ thì có giấy ly hôn giữa mẹ con (người được bão lãnh) với ba của con!
Giấy ly hôn đã có từ 8/2010
Gần đây thì NVC nhận được bộ hồ sơ (trong đó có giấy ly hôn) và nói rằng hồ sơ bị chuyển sang F1, yêu cầu bổ túc hồ sơ! Hôm nay thì gia đình bên Mỹ của con đã gởi xấp hồ sơ khác cho NVC, vậy tiếp theo gia đình con phải làm gì? Khoảng bao lâu thì hồ sơ complete và được gọi phỏng vấn?? Phỏng vấn ra sao ạ??
