Theo thông tin bạn cung cấp thì trường hợp của dì bạn bị Visa lùi nên chưa đến lượt giải quyết tiếp.

Tháng 07-2011 lịch visa F1 đang giải quyết đến 01-05-2004

Hồ sơ của dì bạn có ngày ưu tiên là 30-06-2006 vì vậy hãy in và giữ những giấy đã đóng tiền để sau này tiếp tục hồ sơ.

Chào bạn, tôi xin tiếp lời bạn linda, trường hợp của tôi là diện F1, ngày PD 27/2/2006, hồ sơ của tôi đã completed chỉ chờ ngày phỏng vấn

Bạn cho biết thông tin là Dì của bạn đã đóng 404$ rồi thì mau làm những giấy tờ dân sự (NVC không thông báo gì thêm sau khi đóng tiền đâu) và download DS230 về điền vào để nộp cho NVC liền, kèm theo là giấy khai sinh, hai tấm hình 5x5 phong trắng, photocopy passport, lý lịch tư pháp, khi gởi nhớ để document cover sheet của 404$ lên trên nhé, làm nhanh, gởi nhanh cho NVC để completed hồ sơ nhé

Mình đã gửi mail cho NVC và nhận được trả lời với nội dung như vậy? Như thế là sao hả mọi người ?

chào bạn,

NVC đã nhận lệ phị AOS $88 + IV $404 rồi.
-NVC yêu cầu bạn hãy tiến hành download form I864(do người bảo lảnh điền). Phần bạn download DS230 về điền, và 1 số giấy tờ dân sự. Bạn hãy mau tranh thủ hoàn tất những giấy tờ cần thiết rồi gởi cho NVC để hoàn tất HS, bạn không làm mà ngồi đó chờ thì biết khi nào HS mới completed được. Sau 1 năm mà bạn không tiến hành các giấy tờ trên thì HS sẽ bị hủy và phải đóng tiền lại đó. Tham khảo những giấy tờ cần thiết ở link dưới. Thân chào
