Hi Wangbin, không thể check được ngày phỏng vấn, hồ sơ bạn mới completed ngày 25/11 thì ước đoán tháng 2/2011 sẽ nhận được thư mời PV. Bây giờ bạn có thể gửi email hỏi NVC ngày PV, mẫu thư có thể tham khảo tại link này:

Please be advised our office has revised our guidelines for communication between the National Visa Center and the public. We are now required to verify case information each time we receive an inquiry.
According to U.S. law, the National Visa Center is only permitted to discuss details of a visa case with authorized representatives and when provided with all of the following information:
" NVC case number or CIS receipt number
" Petitioner's name and date of birth
" Beneficiary's name and date of birth
" Your full name
If you are corresponding regarding an I-140 petition you must provide the following information:
" NVC case number or CIS receipt number
" Name of the petitioning company
" Beneficiary's name and date of birth
" Your full name

em sinh ngày 1-1-1988 đến nay em đã 23 tuổi vậy có bi qua tuổi ko ạ ! ngày ưu tiên của em la 19-1-2006 ,em ko nhớ ngay chấp thuận là ngày mấy nữa ! tại em đọc trên phần chuẩn bị cho cuộc phỏng vấn thấy phần thông tin này !
• Nếu đương đơn 20 tuổi và ngày sinh nhật thứ 21 của đương đơn trước ngày hẹn, xin liên lạc ngay với Lãnh sự quán nơi đương đơn được xếp lịch phỏng vấn để họ báo cho bạn biết bạn có thể được cho ngày hẹn sớm hơn không. Những diện visa dựa trên tuổi của đương đơn ở thời điểm cấp visa, chứ không phải ở thời điểm nộp đơn bảo lãnh. Nếu đương đơn không nhận được visa trước ngày sinh nhật thứ 21, điều này có thể có nghĩa là đương đơn không còn hội đủ tiêu chuẩn để được cấp visa di dân..lay

vì không có ngày chấp thuận nên không tính chính xác tuổi cspa của bạn, tuy nhiên cũng có thể đoán cho bạn :
*hs bạn đáo hạn theo lịch visa là ngày 01/12/2009,như vậy tuổi đời của bạn lúc đó #22tuổi
* dựa vào case number bạn có ngày chấp thuận khoảng 01/09/2009, như vậy thời gian chờ của bạn# 3,5 năm
như vậy tuổi cspa của bạn 22-3,5 <19< 21 ->bạn đủ điều kiện để đi cùng, bạn yên chí tuổi của bạn đã khoá lại rồi,tuy nhiên bạn nên kiếm lại số receipt number của cis để tìm lại ngày chấp thuận để có cơ sở khiếu nại,
