Em muốn hỏi chị vài câu như sau:
1/ Vậy em sẽ làm bước gì tiếp theo ạ, hiện tại em chưa đăng nhập vào được NVC (báo lỗi case number và invoice id không khớp). Em hy vọng khoảng tuần sau là em đăng nhập vào được.
2/ Năm 2014, NVC có gửi cho em 1 lá thư về VN, nói là em sẽ theo diện F2A, và tờ I-797 hiện chị em bên mỹ đang giữ cũng có ghi là em F2A, dưới 21 tuổi, nhưng do em làm sát ngày sinh nhật (approval date là tháng 8, sinh nhật em tháng 11), nên Mỹ đổi lại diện của em thành F2B, vậy là đúng luật không chị Phuong Chau?
Em cám ơn chị đã giúp đỡ!

1/. Bạn chờ khoảng tuần lễ đến 10 ngày, rồi hãy đăng nhập trở lại xem sao.
2/. Nếu hồ sơ bạn đang ở diện visa F2A, mà sau khi tính tuổi đã quá tuổi CSPA tức trên 21 tuổi, thì đương nhiên sẽ phải chuyển qua diện visa F2B đó là đúng theo Luật di trú đã quy định.

Dear chị Phuong Chau,
Hôm nay, em đã đăng nhập vào được trang NVC, và họ nói là em cần thực hiện các bước sau:

Step 1: Pay fees.
Step 2: Complete an Immigrant Visa (IV) Application (form DS-260).
Step 3: Submit required financial and civil

Vậy chị cho em hỏi là sau khi em hoàn tất các bước trên thì NVC sẽ xem xét, rồi đợi đến ngày visa đáo hạn để gửi thư phỏng vấn đúng không ạ, em cám ơn chị Phuong Chau.

Dạ chị Phuong Chau, em đã đóng các phí, bây giờ đợi tiếp bên NVC, theo em thấy thì sắp tới em sẽ điền đơn DS-260, em có thấy hướng dẫn của anh chị trên diễn đàn nhưng em chưa đủ tự tin và sợ đièn sai đơn DS-260.
_ Vậy em có thể nhờ dịch vụ bên ngoài làm giùm được không ạ?
_ Và khi giao cho bên dịch vụ làm thì cần lưu ý những việc gì, em sợ lộ thông tin làm ảnh hưởng đến hồ sơ của em.

Hện tại, em đã tới bước Step 3: Submit required financial and civil, các hồ sơ đều đã được accepted, duy nhất chỉ có PROOF OF U.S.CITIZENSHIP OR LPR STATUS đang SUBMITTED.
Vậy chị cho em hỏi là khoảng bao lâu thì hồ sơ của em mới hoàn tất xong hết?
Và khoảng bao lâu nữa thì mới tới lượt phỏng vấn hồ sơ của em ạ? Em cám ơn chị PhuongChau, chúc chị một ngày vui vẻ.

Hiện tại đang xếp lịch phỏng vấn cho những hồ sơ có ngày ưu tiên 01/01/2014, hồ sơ bạn có ngày ưu tiên 12/05/2014, phải chờ khi nào lịch visa đáo hạn thì bạn mới có thư mời phỏng vấn.

Bên NVC họ đã mail lại cho em rồi, nhưng vẫn ko có mã case number, mà trong mail kêu e đóng phí là phí gì vậy chị.
