Chào Anh/chị: Em nhờ anh chị tư vấn dùm em vài câu hỏi đc không ạ. Do em bị thất lạc lá thư của Lãnh sự quán gửi nên em không nhớ ID của mình. Em chỉ nhớ là mẹ em nộp hồ sơ bảo lãnh cho em diện F2B là tháng 3/2014 và bên Lãnh sự quán gửi thư về hồi tháng 8/2014 với mã số HCM2014.. Em nhờ Anh/chị tư vấn dùm cho em là hiện tại e vừa cưới vợ nhưng chưa đăng ký kết hôn và chuẩn bị có em bé. Em có nên đứng tên trên giấy khai sinh nhận con ngoài giá thú được không ạ ( Em dự định sẽ đứng tên trên giấy khai sinh của con và để con ở lại đây,sau này e qua tới Mỹ thì sẽ bảo lãnh cho cả vợ con em ). Khi em cưới nhưng chưa làm giấy đăng ký kết hôn thì có bị xem là khai man không? Điều cuối cùng là năm 2014 thì khi mẹ em làm giấy bảo lãnh thì ghi địa chỉ cũ nhà em,nhưng bây giờ thì chỗ em ở lại đổi địa chỉ tận 3 lần thì sau này hồ sơ của em có bị làm sao không. Hồ sơ của bạn đã được USCIS xem xét chấp thuận Approval Date vào ngày 23/03/2015.
Nếu bị mất số Case Number HCM, thì bạn phải chủ động liên hệ với NVC để hỏi xin lại lần nữa.
