Chào chị hoaiphuongchau! Xin chi giúp dùm e vì e muốn gởi thơ lại cho NVC nhưng phần cuối thơ ghi địa chỉ NDBL em kg ghi được kg vì e đả đổi địa chỉ mơi e sợ ghi ra rồi kg đúng đia chỉ củ nên NVC kg trả lơi thơ e.Chị thấy co hs nào giống e kg vì đến nay e củng chưa có casenumber nủa và gởi thơ củng kg thấy trả lơi có khi nào hs em kg có ở NVC kg chi e có noi ba e hỏi ls nhưng họ trả lơi hs chưa đến lược giải quyêt.chị giúp dùm e ví e lo hs e sẻ bị chậm trể..Em cám ơn chị nhiều

Có những trường hợp email hỏi Case number HCM phải chờ từ 4 - 6 tuần lễ.

categories. To establish which petitions are eligible for visas, the
Department of State issues a monthly publication called the Visa
Bulletin.
The Visa Bulletin provides a list of cut-off dates that are used to
ensure the number of immigrant visas issued each year does not exceed
the legal limit established in the INA. Cut-off dates are categorized by
foreign state of chargeability and preference category. Only a petition
with a priority date that is earlier than the cut-off date is eligible
for a visa and consular processing. Please note this petition's
priority date, foreign state of chargeability, and preference category
can be found at the end of this correspondence.
The NVC may begin processing this petition prior to a visa number
becoming available per the current edition of the Visa Bulletin. This
allows ample time for the petitioner and applicant(s) to obtain and
submit all required fees, forms, and documents. This petition, however,
will not be eligible for an immigrant visa interview until its priority
date is earlier than the cut-off date established in the current edition
of the Visa Bulletin

Em cám ơn chị hoaiphuongchau và AC trên D Đ rất nhiêu nhờ có DD nên e mới biết rỏ đươc hs của em kg thì e rất lo vì e củng kêu ba e hỏi ls nhưng họ chỉ trả lơi hs chưa đến lượt giải quyêt chớ họ kg chịu tìm số case number dùm mình gì hêt..AC chỉ dùm em NVC đả có đia chỉ mail e rồi vậy e có cần gởi thơ báo đổi địa chỉ mơi kg..Em cám ơ AC và DD rất nhiều
