I-864 là do người bảo lãnh và người đồng bảo trợ ( nếu có ) khai và ký tên , nếu trước đây có nộp I-864 rồi thì khi đi phỏng vấn chỉ cần cầm bản photo và các giấy thuế , cùi lương gần nhất
