ngày khiếu nại tính tuổi của em cũng gần đến, nên em nhờ các anh chị giúp đỡ điền đơn khiếu nại trong phần điền 500 từ em đã điền như vậy anh chị xem giúp em điền vậy đúng chưa? có gì sai xin anh chị chỉ giúp em

I am the principal beneficiary of this petition.
I would like to inform you that my son's status is protected by the CSPA and it has not aged out even as now. He has already sent the DS-230 and the Immigrant visa fee to NVC on 04/17/2011.

- Approval day: 07/16/2009
- Date visa became available: 10/15/2010
Would you please kindly update my case by adding his name as the derivative applicant into the interview letter.

chị có 1 thắc mắc cái phần em viết :
- Date visa became available: 10/15/2010
( ngày đáo hạn visa tại sao lại ngày 2010 ) , em mới nhận giấy gọi phỏng vấn trong năm nay mà , em xem lại kỹ nha.
Ngày đáo hạn visa chính là ngày nhận thư phỏng vấn , em xem lại trong thư phỏng vấn sẽ có ngày đáo hạn .
chị có 1 thắc mắc cái phần em viết :
- Date visa became available: 10/15/2010
( ngày đáo hạn visa tại sao lại ngày 2010 ) , em mới nhận giấy gọi phỏng vấn trong năm nay mà , em xem lại kỹ nha.
Ngày đáo hạn visa chính là ngày nhận thư phỏng vấn , em xem lại trong thư phỏng vấn sẽ có ngày đáo hạn .
