Lần đầu mình tham gia diễn đàn mong mọi người giúp đỡ một việc sau:
Hồ sơ gd mình là HCM2010644060 diện F3
Ngày ưu tiên: 12/3/2004
Ngày chấp thuận:29/4/2010
Cho mình hỏi chị mình sinh ngày 01/03/1988 và mình sinh ngày 15/06/1989 có dc đi cùng gia đình không. Nếu đủ kiện thì nên khiếu nại CSPA ở NVC hay LSQ Hoa Kỳ tại TP.HCM.
Hiện tại hồ sơ đã đóng tiền visa cho cha mẹ mình 230$ rui.
Cho mình hỏi thêm thì khoảng thời gian bao lâu nữa thì được phỏng vấn?

1/. Người sinh 01/03/1988, dự đoán ngày đáo hạn trễ nhất là 18/04/2015. Hiện tại diện visa F3 đang xem xét đến trước ngày 15/10/2003, hồ sơ này có ngày ưu tiên 12/03/2004, theo dự đoán khoảng 7 tháng nữa sẽ đến lượt được xem xét giải quyết, nhưng còn tùy thuộc vào diễn biến lịch visa hàng tháng tăng nhanh hay chậm nữa. Nếu đến ngày 18/04/2015 mà nhận được thư mời phỏng vấn thì sẽ được xuất cảnh cùng gia đình, nhưng phải điền đơn điện tử khiếu nại tuổi CSPA. Còn nếu quá ngày này mà không nhận được thư thì sẽ bị quá tuổi, không được xuất cảnh cùng gia đình.

2/. Người sinh 15/06/1989, dự đoán ngày đáo hạn trễ nhất là 01/08/2016. Bạn đủ tuổi CSPA để xuất cảnh cùng gia đình.

Nên khiếu nại tại LSQ Hoa Kỳ, nếu khiếu nại tại NVC sẽ làm chậm tiến trình hồ sơ.

Không thể đoán chính xác được thời gian là bao lâu, vì tùy trường hợp của từng hồ sơ.
Tốt hơn hết là gia đình bạn nên chờ hồ sơ từ NVC chuyển về LSQ lúc đó mới tiến hành khiếu nại tuổi CSPA.
