Em tôi vốn bị khiếm khuyết và tật bệnh có giấy chứng nhận giám định sức khoẻ ở BV chợ Rẫy và đã sang Anh Quốc điều trị. Vậy có thể xin cứu xét về một góc độ nhân đạo nào để đc theo cha mẹ sang Mỹ để có điều kiện điều trị bệnh tốt hơn ko???
Gia đình có người làm bên lĩnh vực Y khoa tại Mỹ liệu có thể giúp đỡ gì về vấn đề này ko? Mong anh tư vấn giùm.Rất cám ơn

Không một cơ quan bên Hoa Kỳ có thể can thiệp vào vấn đề di trú được cả, tất cả đều có thứ tự ưu tiên của từng diện. Gia đình có thể trình bày hoàn cảnh với viên chức lãnh sự khi đi phỏng vấn, có thể họ sẽ có câu trả lời chính xác nhất. Chúc gia đình thành công !

Chào bạn Truonghai !
Sau khi phát thư mời phỏng vấn từ 7-10 ngày sau. NVC sẽ chuyển thư mời PV về cho LSQ. Khi bạn đã liên lạc NVC qua mail thì họ vẫn liên lạc với bạn qua mail. Trường hợp bạn thay đổi chỗ ở, khi điền lại ds230 thì bạn khai lại địa chỉ mới trong bộ ds 230 mới.

Sau khi phát thư mời phỏng vấn từ 7-10 ngày sau. NVC sẽ chuyển thư mời PV về cho LSQ. Khi bạn đã liên lạc NVC qua mail thì họ vẫn liên lạc với bạn qua mail. Trường hợp bạn thay đổi chỗ ở, khi điền lại ds230 thì bạn khai lại địa chỉ mới trong bộ ds 230 mới.

Cho mình hỏi xem thời hạn của các form INCOME I 864 & các form khai thuế liên quan có giá trị đến bao lâu mới hết hạn?
Trường hợp của mình người bảo lãnh đã nộp đầy đủ giấy tờ và các form liên quan cho NVC và đã complete vào tháng 4/2012 vậy sau này đi phỏng vấn người bảo lãnh có cần phải làm lại các Form ấy để gửi về VN cho mình cầm đi phỏng vấn ko?
